Our 7th floor NEW condo is equiped with granite countertops and upgraded stainless appliance in the kitchen with dining room seating for 6, plus 4 barstools at the counter!
We have Beach towels - Extra beach Chairs and some Beach Toys in the condo for your use.
**All guests who stay between March 1st and October 31st will receive daily complimentary beach chair/umbrella service.**
You have a front row seat to breathtaking sunrises and dazzling sunsets over the emerald waters of the Gulf. Watch the dolphins play along the coast while you enjoy the largest balcony on the beach (280 sq ft!), which has been furnished to provide an additional living area for your family.
For your convenience you have an assigned parking place right in the building's garage. No searching for a place to park across the street when you return; your spot will always be there!
Tropic Winds is the newest condominium develoment in PCB. Located beachfront on the quiet west end, it is away from major traffic, parties and crowds. The property was very quite, well maintained, and clean. The condo was decorated very nice. Big and spacious. Loved the master suite! Loved the free breach service. We will definately stay in this condo again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was beautiful and very well maintained. It was perfect for my wife and I along with three teenagers. Quite side of Panama City Beach but close enough to all the action. Dusty's and Pier Park less than a mile away. Would stay here again if traveling to Panama City Beach.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.
