This one-bedroom beachfront condo offers beautiful, panoramic Gulf views from inside the unit and outside on the wide balcony.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. The dining area has a table with seating for 2, & there is also a breakfast bar with seating for 3. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom, a built-in bunkbed for two in the hallway, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo can accommodate up to 6 guests. Wifi for guests in the building is also available if you bring a laptop.
Seamist is ideally located in Seacrest Florida between Seaside & Rosemary Beach. Shopping & restaurants are plentiful throughout several beach towns along Scenic 30-A. Activities also abound. Take a guided tour on one of the areas rare coastal dune lakes, or venture out on your own. Bike on trails through quiet pine forests or on the paved bike path that parallels the beach. The possibilities are endless. Seamist #7 is perfect for a relaxing beach vacation.

My family and I have now stayed in this area 3 times, & we will for sure return many times. We are notorious for looking for a place to stay at the last minute & this time was no different. We are accustomed to renting houses and felt like we had to "settle" for a small condo. We were pleasantly surprised with this condo. It was absolutely perfect for my wife, my child, and myself. This is a very spacious unit overlooking the beach. We had no problems sleeping 6 in this unit. Everything you need is right there in the unit for a comfortable vacation. Its location on 30-A makes it very accesable to all the actractions of this scenic route in South Walton. Very pleased with our experiece and look forward to another trip there next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
