Our Las Palmas del Mar is a fully upgraded and remodeled ocean view 1 bedroom 1 bath family friendly unit with approximately 800 sq feet of living space. We have White Water views from our bedroom - and our Balcony which features a dining counter with Swivel Captains Chairs for outdoor entertaining. Inside you will be immediately soothed by the high end remodel which features custom Travertine Stone Floors, complemented by Granite and Stone counters, Crown Molding with contemporary paint in soothing muted tones. We have all brand new stainless steel appliances in our kitchen -and all new pots and pans and dining equipment too. We are proud of our state of the art bathroom featuring a glass bowl, top end toilet with dual flush - travertine tub surround, custom vanity with dresser drawers built into the front. Our bedroom was redone lengthening the hallway by an extra 18' and adding a door which gives privacy for up to 4 persons .. and created a walk in closet too. IN the bedroom we have a sitting area with comfortable chair to enjoy the water view .. we offer flat screen HD TV wall mounted for extra space and expanded cable. The living room has a top grain leather sofa, Balinese chairs opposite Balinese cube tables which are easy to move for the quick use of the wall bed. A Hunter Bahamas Palm Frond ceiling fan is at your disposal in the Living Room. Our fireplace is a legitimate heater with remote operation and thermostat control. It is customized with our 42' HD Flat Screen TV mounted above it - and recessed control panel below for the DVR and Cable box- plus a slightly raised hearth .. very dramatic and very functional. This is by far the nicest remodeled unit we have seen in at North Coast Village and the reason why we made it our own. It is family friendly with floors that are sanitized with our Shark Steam cleaning system - 99% germ free .. we sealed the stone floors this year - and our couch can be easily be wiped off. Our Balinese chairs can also be steam cleaned where / when needed. There are no sharp edges on our cube coffee tables - and they are light and easy to move when you need to. We bought this unit - and closed escrow in April 2011 - put it into service in May and are looking forward to enjoying it ourselves in our golden years. Until then - it is avail for our guests to enjoy.

We are a kid friendly condo with custom stone Travertine floors throughout our unit. We have stone and granite counters throughout - and leather couch - with wicker accent chairs and tables. Our tv's are wall mounted and away from little hands - Table chairs and bar stools are covered with washable fabrics. To help parents - we have avail a variety of kid equipment including a step stool for the sink, umbrella stroller for getting to and from the pool and beach easier than with a mondo style stroller you may have with you. We keep a booster seat with tray table that straps onto our chairs - a portable crib with bassinet option - and can provide a video library of Disney Classics upon request....moreless
Our entire complex and our unit specifically is a designated non smoking area. No smoking is permitted in any public area like pools and pavilions - and not in any building or common area. Smokers must leave the premises to smoke....moreless

Our wide sandy beach has volleyball nets, fire rings and sidewalks. We have no cliffs and good sand. Our beach is famous for short board surfing - and boogie boarding. About the owner: Here we are .. the Seymour sisters-circa 1979 at my airline graduation. Cindy on the left and myself Linda on the right .. We are both flight attendants for major airlines. She formerly was Western Airlines - now Delta and I was Continental - now United. We together have nearly 80 years of combined service and have stayed overnight in every imaginable good and bad hotel. We think we have a great grip on what a customer wants from their accommodations. We are service oriented and we have been partners in beach rentals since 1987. While this is the personal unit of myself, (Linda) and my husband Wayne -we operate in cooperation with Cindy and her husband Gregg to offer a total of 5 beach units all advertised on VRBO. We personally attend to each of our rentals - have maintenance and cleaning staff who are dedicated to our individual units and know them intimately. We refresh our units twice a year and maintain as tight a ship on cleanliness as is possible during a busy summer session. In winter we offer both Seasonal and short term rentals. We each have two kids - mine now graduating (or nearly) from universities and hers just entering the school system as a late in life parent. We pride ourselves in being able to customize your experience to provide you with just the right amount of amenity to make your family comfortable. Almost anything can be arranged for you - from setting up the portable crib - or futon for a late arriving guest - to removing the extra equipment for our senior seasonal snowbirds to enjoy our unit without extra clutter.
