The best part of all is the 300' of Private white sandy beach (Miramar Beach) Our condo is tastefully decorated in beautiful colors. It is conveniently located on the Ground Floor, and includes ceramic tile, 9' ceilings, completely furnished kitchen, linens, and washer/dryer. Spacious 3 BR unit, includes; Master Suite has king-size bed, with private bath including double vanity; guest room with queen size bed and spacious bath; built-in bunk beds in 3rd bedroom, just perfect for the little ones! All rooms include their own T.V.

What a fabulous place! Couldn't have asked for a better location. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and the water! A must stay!!! Condo was wonderful, beach was wonderful, pool was wonderful. Must I go on?!?!?!

The condo was very clean, the grounds and building were well maintained. We especially liked the pool and hot tub area spending many hours swimming. Pet friendly was one of the things we also found to be very high on the list of things we liked about the condo. The walking path( a straight path) in front of the complex was great, we would get up and go for a nice walk on the path meeting wonderful people who also were out enjoying the area. Watching the sun set from the beach across from the condo was perfect. Several restaurants were within walking distance.
Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers, pet owners.

We stayed in this condo to celebrate our daughter's first birthday and our second wedding anniversary and enjoyed every second. All week we were exclaiming how lucky we were to have found such a lovely condo in such a great location. The condo was very clean and well decorated. The beach and ocean are visible from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom and the pool is only steps away from the front door. Every morning we took the stroller out for a walk/run and many evenings we walked down the street for an appetizer and cocktail - this condo is very close to everything. If you are an avid cook (I am) then definitely bring some of your own cookware but other than that the entire condo is well stocked with everything you may need. There were televisions, large closets, and rotating fans in every room. The blackout curtains provided a perfect environment to sleep late on our vacation! The only negative experience we had the entire week was with the beach attendants who were quite rude but we agreed that will not stop us from coming back. We would absolutely recommend this rental to family and friends.

This condominium is at a great location right across the street from the beach. It is a beautiful and spacious location with excellent view and plenty of room. If you are looking for a great comfortable, getaway with an outstanding view of the ocean and enjoy the sound of the waves at night, this is the place to stay! We had a great time and we are looking forward to the next trip this relaxing beach location!

This place will absolutely take your breath away. It is very large and roomy, beautiful bedrooms and kitchen as well as bathrooms. We were home away from home here. We have never stayed in a place this beautiful and we will definately be returning asap. Don't miss out on this one because the Gulf View will take your breath away and its not far from everything. Love the place and love the view. It truly is a Dream come true for Ocean/Beach lovers!!
