This is your perfect beach get away. From our balcony and lanai you overlook Siesta Key's intercoastal waterway as well as Harbor Towers two beautiful pools. This lovely one bedroom condo has been recently updated to meet all of your vacation needs. Tastefully decorated the living room/dining room are great for relaxing. The new sofa in the living room converts into a double bed. The large one bedroom contains new pillow top king size bed with plenty of closet space. The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated as well. You will find all of your vacation needs throughout the condo.
Harbor Towers offers plenty space for relaxing and unwinding. Grab a book and find a chair along the waterfront where boats go by while the dolphins play in their wake. Grab our tennis racquets for game of tennis, which can be followed up by a dip in one of the refreshing pools.
We have free wifi.
Our condo is fully furnished with everything you will need for an enjoyable vacation. Be sure to grab our beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for a great day at the beach.
And of course nothing beats the sunset on Siesta Key,take a walk over to the beach (maybe bring a glass of wine) to watch the always spectacular attraction as the sun seems to disappear into the surf.

The condo was clean, well maintained and was well equipped with everything the listing described. The Harbor Towers building, however, could use more soundproofing as we could hear the boy above our unit bouncing a soccer ball as if it were in the same room. He did stop when we spoke to him about it. The condo is in a good location near a beautiful beach and many restaurants. We would recommend this property to others.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Rates
Summer Rates: May 1st - December 14th - $525 per week, two week minimum Winter Rates: December 15th - April 30th - $835 per week, two week minimum $500 Security Deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The Security Deposit will be returned less a $100 cleaning fee, within 45 days of departure subject to satsifactory inspection. A 5% surcharge/application fee is added to rentals, and is due at checkin to Harbor Towers Rental rates are subject to 12% state and local tax Please ask about discounts for long term rentals and repeat rentals.
