Welcome to 'Park Ave,' one of the finest upscale 6 br beach houses you will find anywhere on the OBX. No Kidding. If you could read the guest comments in the guest book on our coffee table, you would have no doubt that Park Ave is one awesome home!
Rates include even linens and towels! Beds are freshly made prior to your arrival.
The owners have poured over $100,000 in new furnishings recently. This fine home contains probably $75,000 in kitchen upgrades and another $75,000 in bathroom upgrades including some of the most elaborate tile work you have likely ever seen! Dual showers, side jetted showers, you name it!
You can relax on one of two balconies with ocean views, enjoy the nice wooden rockers provided or even the wooden bench swing for three!
The pool area is one of the most elaborate you will find anywhere with it's black gunnite interior finish and the rich iridescent tile work. Enjoy the hot tub nearby, or the beautiful multi-color upscale lounge chairs. Two glass picnic tables are provided along with a Tiki Bar with seating for four. All of this is set off by a fabulous and beautiful slate pool deck surround. (Due to the winds of the obx area, umbrellas are not incl, although they can be rented nearby. The number of chaise lounges will vary, but there will always be at least 4-5))

Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and patio access, laundry room with front-loading washer and dryer and the Recreation room with LCD TV/DVD, wet bar with sink, sub-zero refrigeration, wine chiller, pool table and a full bathroom with access to the pool deck. Outside you'll find the stone Kool Deck that surrounds the black gunite private pool with a tiki bar, hot tub and plenty of lounge chairs.
Mid Level: Queen Bedroom with TV/DVD that shares an Oceanside deck with a Queen Master Bedroom with TV/DVD. Bedroom with 2 Singles, full hall bathroom and a King Master Bedroom with TV and the ultimate private bathroom!
Top Level: Great room with LCD TV, and deck access. Loft with game table seating 4, dining room seating 8, and an amazing gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar seating 4, sub-zero refrigerator and stainless steel gourmet appliances that will delight all of the cooks in the family. King Master Bedroom with a LCD TV, and a beautiful private bath.

My family stayed 6-3-12 to 6-10-12 the house was very clean up to date and nice location. the description was accurate photos also. The Owner was helpful with fast e-mails. The beach access was nice we would drop off the group go about 1/2 block to a parking area and meet up short walk 2 min max. then come back to the pool that was great and a nice gas grill. I liked the Bad Bean burrito loved the tacos and in the same shops the was a others 2-3 min away. I would and have told friends about this house. there was 13 in our group.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
