  We enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Reach. It was very easy access to the beach and the outdoor shower was great to have. We had 5 teenagers and 2 adults and we were comfortable in this home without being on top of each other, except when we want to be!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

  From the minute we arrived at Dolphin Reach we could tell the owners took a lot of pride in their beach cottage. It was clean and perfectly decorated. We loved having the 3 living areas. My son and his friend were able to take over the first level to play video games, hang out and sleep. At first glance the kitchen is small, but it didn't hinder us from preparing meals. We contacted the owner our first night there with a concern. He was able to address our concern and even followed up later to make sure all was going well. The proximity to the beach was just as described. We are hoping to return next year.

  This property was one of the best, if not the best, we have rented. Great location - convenient to shopping and the bike trail, beach access across the street, the development does not have through streets which minimizes the traffic, beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. Everyone in my family agreed we would definitely come back again. The owner was friendly and helpful!

  We had a wonderful stay at Emerald Isle. It was my family's 1st trip there & we couldn't have been more pleased with the home we chose. It was spacious, clean & had a "home" feel. Best of all, it was in front of the beach access. We have a small child with tons of beach toys, so for us it was perfect. We would definatly go back.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Our family always has a wonderful time at Dolphin Reach. The house is very well taken care of, beautifully decorated and always immaculately cleaned. We have a 14 year old and a 9 year old and even when vacationing with another family we can always seem to find our own space. We especially enjoy the separate balconies with outside seating. The best part though is that the beach access is right across the street making it easy to come back and forth if needed throughout the day. Not to mention the private outside shower which is super convenient. We wouldn't think of stayin anywhere else.

  Our stay at Dolphin's Reach was relaxing and laid-back. The house had all the comforts of home, was beautifully decorated, and was clean, clean, clean. We could tell that the owners went to great effort to make renters experience the best possible. The different levels of the house were perfect for our family to be together while also having our individual spaces. We really liked spending time on the decks enjoying the ocean breeze. The best part of all, beach access was just across the street and it took about a minute from our front door to placing our chairs on the sand. The beach was ultra clean and sparsely populated. The entire week was great!
