We love Sanibel and your "spot" is great. We have stayed at many places on the island and think your place is the best! The pool was quiet, comfortable and my girls favorite place to be. The condo had every comfort of home we could ever need or want. We loved your access to the beach, I could see my family picking shells at the shoreline from the living room--that is pretty fantastic! We used the bikes and other goodies in the storage shed. The kitchen was stocked with every gadget you could imagine. Sanibel is a special place and Sandpiper 401 is a great place to stay when your here!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

I recently stayed at this beautiful condo. The picutres accurately showed this beautiful, clean, well kept condo. The furniture was very nice. Beds very comfortable and rooms nicely decorated. It was very convient to do laundry mid stay without leaving the condo. The master bed room and bath are very spacious. The master bathroom has a step in shower and could easily accomodate a shower chair for someone if needed. The kitchen is equipted with all the conviences needed to prepare meals.The large granite island is beautiful. The pool is warm and clean with nice lounges and chairs. The beautiful beach is a short walk beyond the pool. Sanible Island has wonderful shopping and resturants. We used the bikes to tour the island and shops. ( If you are a family, the condo has 4 adult bikes and 2 child bikes) This condo is centrally located allowing easy access to all the island has to offer. We would reccommend the Jacaranda for happy hour and live music. Over Easy for breakfast is a must. I would rent this condo again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Sandpiper Beach:
We had our honeymoon on sanibel over twenty five years ago. We have travelled beaches through out the south, and have never found an area to equal it. We eventually will spend our winters here.

I personally enjoy the fishing, both surf and bay. My wife loves the pool and beach. And we both love the quiet atmosphere for reading and relaxing
