Other unit has spiral stairs to loft with gorgeous water views, sleeps six to eight: one queen, two twins, one queen pullout sofa in loft, one queen pullout sofa in living room. House is 250 yards from a calm private bay beach (deeded access) with some of the best claming flats on all of Cape Cod and tons of great marine life, a five to seven minute walk to Chatham Lighthouse beach with its fabulous seal watching, boating and kite-flying, one mile from Chatham's charming downtown with band concerts and Chatham A's baseball, close to Monomoy Wildlife Refuge for amazing bird watching and hiking, and Outermost Harbor Marina for Seal Cruises and boating of all kinds.

With two two-bedroom units, this house is excellent for two families wanting to vacation together or families looking for a relaxing reunion retreat.

    This is a great place to stay! My wife, three daughters and I were in one house and my in-laws in the one next door. A perfect degree of togetherness and privacy. The house is in a GREAT location. The house is exceptionally clean and well kept. Dealing with the owner was a pleasure at all times. Highly recommended.

  • We had a wonderful time staying at this great cottage. The location can't be beat - a 5 minute walk to a great beach, and 25 minute walk to the center of town. The house was very nice and comfortable, and the porch is a really peaceful place to be post beach. And the owner is a pleasure to rent from. Our kids loved it (especially the bunk bed), as did we.

  • A perfect Cape Cod house in a perfect location. I hated to leave our comfortable vacation house! Everything we needed was close by, but yet we felt like we were in a special, quiet location. The walks to the beaches were effortless and our morning exercise walk was beautiful. The owner is amazing to work with and provided me with answers to countless questions. We've rented a lot over the years and this was one of our best experiences. Don't think twice--book it!!

  • Bright, airy, clean, well-maintained house with all the amenities you need in one of Chatham's best locations. The beautiful private beach is a wonderful refuge from crowded public beaches - the birds and marine life is a great nature study for the kids. Close to Main St., Chatham Light, Monomoy Wildlife Preserve and the Fish Pier. The owner is a pleasure to deal with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it. We're planning on coming back next year.

  • unit was clean, well-kept, and in a great location. our 3 young kids (6, 4, and 2) had plenty to do and loved seeing the seals on the nearby beach. we will definitely stay here again the next time we are on the cape.

  • Very nice house close to beach and downtown Chatham. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a good location, very clean and well kept. We will be sure to stay here our next time on the Cape. Only good things to say about this property and the owner was great to deal with.

  • Wonderful accommodations close to the beach and close to Chatham. Spacious kitchen and living area with two large bedrooms. Chatham is a great town with several fantastic restaurants. We can't think of a single negative.
