The lot features mature maples, oaks, pines and is shaded most of the day – sun is lakeside on the beach and dock. Perfect vacation home features a beach with chairs, dock, paddle boat, a large deck with grill, a swing with a view and a fire pit for the evening. The beach has 88-feet of sand frontage and great swimming, with a dock. The lake is one of the cleanest lakes in Michigan !! There are no weeds, there is plenty of sand and the water is about 4 feet deep at 50 feet from shore. The lake is deep (135' in center) and is an all sports lake with “quiet times” from 7:30 pm to 11:00 am in which there is no high speed boating – a real advantage for a quiet evening to cruise around the lake, for the fishermen and to enjoy the sunset in peace and quiet. Boating, fishing, jet skiing, sailing, white sand beach, clean water – it is all there at your front door. From lake deck, you can enjoy cooking and eating your meals at the lakeside and be a part of the beach scene while being in the shade – or you can enjoy the sun on the beach or the dock. Heart Lake is the perfect location for families with kids, boat, jet skis, fishermen, golfers, skiers, snow boarders, snowmobiles, hunters, bicycles, canoes, kayaks, hikers, bird watchers and more.
