Floor to ceiling glass windows provide stunning day and night views of the lake and city.This two story has a private pool with access from an inside pool bar as well as from the master ensuite with a jetted tub. The home is in immaculate condition, is very finely appointed, and is nestled near 4 wineries and their vineyards, including Mission Hill. Very quiet street, although it is only 5 minutes from downtown Kelowna and its main beaches,restaurants, art galleries,golf courses, festivals and theatre.The 0.3 acre yard is nicely landscaped, and you can enjoy the stunning views from any one of three decks.
Features of the interior include full kitchen, stunning open two story circular stairwell, Three sitting / family rooms, dining room, and BBQ. The house is 3200 square feet, and has two totally modern bathrooms, as well as a large garage.
All beds have deep pillow top/pocket coil mattresses and cozy down duvets. The master bedroom has a stunning lake view with a private deck out front, beautiful private view out back, en suite bathroom with two sinks, soaker whirlpool tub and double shower, as well as a king size bed. The second and third bedroom has a queen size bed.
Furnishings include a fully equipped kitchen, quality furniture, 2 High Definition flat screen TV's, kitchen-TV and TV in Masters bedroom, DVD, portable Ipod stereo docking station, Shaw cable TV incl. family and sports package, high-speed wired/wireless Internet, telephone.
This is a great family vacation house... but it's not a party house and families are preferred.
We have a three night minimum stay requirement.

8 of us stayed in this West Kelowna home the last week in August. It was clean, well stocked and has awesome views of the Lake. Although the pool heater broke, the Manager had people out quickly to look at the boiler, but it could not be fixed in time for the last couple of days of our vacation. The pool area is very nice with a pleasant view onto green space. We really enjoyed our stay and the property manager was very good to work with.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

The Bayview home is located in a quiet location with good proximity to vineyards, public beaches and parks. It has great views from both the balcony and pool. The heated pool offered a great way to relax regardless of the weather. The house was fully equipped with all the daily living essentials. We hope to visit this home again soon! On arrival we met David at the agreed time and he gave us a professional and warm tour through the house. We have stayed already at lots of nice places before, but this topped it all. The house was exceptionally clean, all bedding and towels were like new and we felt very welcome. Not only the house is very beautiful, it also has absolutely stunning views on the lake and the City. We walked a few times over the bridge to downtown and we really enjoyed this 30 minutes of walking. By car it really took us only 5 minutes to there. In the afternoons we loved to sit outside at the pool and watched the children swimming. For them it was a real nice stay as well. Soon we came back to the house they went for a swim. We didn't miss out on anything during our stay. We made a one time shopping to fill up the fridge and found all in the kitchen to make a good meal. Everything worked efficiently and nothing gave us trouble for one minute. All in all we will surely will book this house again whenever we come to Kelowna and hope David has availability for us. We stayed with 6 adults and two children. About the owner: Originally from Germany and my wife from Philippines, we lived for many years in Namibia (South Africa) where our children were born. Because of the fact that we felt more and more unsafe with regard to the increasing and violent crime and to provide our children with a safe environment and future, we have chosen in 2008 to look for a new place to live and we found with Kelowna, its people and environment a real Jackpot. We are proud to be now part of this small community and for our children which found friends and so many things to do here.
Why the Owner Chose Kelowna:
When buying a property, I feel it has to have something special, something what most people also like. I think a central location and a beautiful view is most important for most of us, especially if we go on a holiday.
True, the property is more expensive and so are the rental days, but for most of us its important to feel special and comfortable when we have a few days off from hard work.

The house is in a very secure and quiet neighborhood, located at a dead end street.
Sitting outside next to the kitchen and enjoy a good self made breakfast while enjoying the beautiful Lake and the mountains in the back, how can a day start better.
After being the whole day out to explore what all is there to see, you enjoy nothing more than a good bottle of wine either together with friends outside, or alone on the Masters bedroom deck to make this special day with lots of romantic even more special.
If you should wake up in the night, you can see most of the times the moon shining in a special angle on the Lake, showing its full beauty.
