Casa Fiera Vista Located just 20 minutes from the action of the famed Las Vegas Strip, yet it offers serenity and beauty, an ideal venue for a family celebration, wedding, business retreat, romantic anniversary or a golf getaway. Located within a gated neighborhood in the resort community of Lake Las Vegas, Casa Fiera Vista offers 3400 square feet of attractively appointed living space and can comfortably sleep 10 adults.
As you enter Casa Fiera Vista, you are greeted by a grand living room with 20-foot ceilings and a grand staircase. The room includes a comfortable area to visit in front of the fireplace or play a game pool.
The dining room, family room, kitchen space is accented by a high ceilings, tile flooring with an open and spacious feeling. The a chef’s kitchen which includes top of the line appliances throughout, is appointed with granite counter tops including bar with seating and a matching granite dining table seating up to 8 next to the fireplace.
The home is decorated with style and every bedroom at Casa Fiera Vista features thoughtful furnishings and amenities. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen television, gas fireplace and offers an outdoor balcony overlook which provides great views and a wonderful place for private outdoor lounging secluded from the main area. The luxurious master bath includes large glass block walk in shower, deep oversize bath tub and large walk-in closet.
The Casita or fourth bedroom is a private unit with French doors to the courtyard, it offers beds that can be configured as a king or as separate twin beds. It includes its own in-suite bathroom and a flat screen television.
The second, and third bedrooms provide queen size pillow-top beds with a shared bathroom and plenty of closet space.
The 5th bedroom area provides a private room with queen size pillow top mattress and in-suite bathroom also is a private work area that includes a desk, wireless printer/fax machine, sound system with iPod dock and free Wi-Fi. There is also additional sleeping area or 5th bedroom for kids or a single adult with an in-suite bathroom.
The backyard is an oasis of vacation fun. Overlooking an incredible view of the city of Las Vegas and mountains, Casa Fiera Vista offers a sparkling heated pool, with waterfall features and an elevated spa all controlled conveniently by a remote control. There is a covered patio area for shade and outdoor dining with an outdoor sound system. The back yard also offers a large natural gas outdoor BBQ as well as lounge chairs and umbrellas. Relax on the pool patio with a loved one and drink while enjoying the sunset behind the mountains.

Our recent stay was a wonderful experience. This was our first time using a VRBO and we couldn't have picked a better place for our group. We slept 10 people comfortably. There was plenty of space inside and out for everyone to spread out and enjoy the stay. Very clean, well decorated and a safe location. We hope to stay here again. This is a great place for groups, but it is in a nice neighborhood and is designed for a more quiet group.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This home was perfect for our family. We had kids playing in lacrosse and soccer tournaments. The home was comfortable and quiet. We had plenty of space to relax in between games.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a great time at the house, pool, spa, pool table and ping pong table were all great. The best part was how relaxing the home is, the beds were amazing! The area is beautiful and the Lake Las Vegas Villa was a nice place to walk around! We are looking forward to our next visit!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I am a coach for a youth team and when we originally started travelling to Las Vegas I learned quickly that hotels are a no-no. It's waaay too hectic and mature for kids. I saw this house and my family and I went out to do a test-run of the house for our own personal vacation. before we commited to a longer stay with the team and myself. The house was perfect for our family and is going to be great for the team. The house has a "casita", which all in all is a bedroom and bathroom that has a seperate private entrance, which is where I will be staying when we as a team. The house itself was very nice and the pool was great. It wasnt too far from downtown, and the views were really nice, and in a safe and quiet area.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
