25 Minutes from Usery Mountain Regional Park, known throughout Arizona for it's excellent mountain bike, and hiking trails. The Lost Dutchman State Park is just down the road (7 Miles - See Map), with trails leading you up into the Superstition Mountains. Views of the Phoenix Valley open in front of you with every step. A hikers paradise.
Canyon Lake is a only 20 minutes (20 miles- See Map) from your door step, featuring incredible views, boating, swimming, camping and an amazing marina restaurant overlooking the lake. Go past the lake, and visit Tortilla Flats. An old Arizona town, with an unique western look and feel.
Apache Junction is an ideal location for those NOT wanting to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city, but yet still close enough for a fast shopping trip. Superstition Mall, one of Arizona's largest, is only 8 miles West. Go East 8 miles and you're at the award winning Gold Canyon golf courses (See Map). The city of Scottsdale, known for it's championship golf courses, ritzy shopping and famous restaurants is only 25 "freeway" miles away. Everything is in easy reach.
Spring Training fan? D'Back's, Giants, Cubs, Rockies, Athletics, Angels, Rangers, Royals, Mariners, Padres, Dodgers, White Sox, Brewers, Reds and Indians all make their Spring Training homes nearby. Just four (4) miles from the Freeway (US60) puts many only 30 minutes away.

We loved the condo and the location, our stay was fantastic! Beautifully renovated condo with everything you need provided. Would definitely stay again, hopefully for longer next time. This is the first time we have stayed in a condo through VRBO and we truly enjoyed this experience. first class all the way we stayed a couple of months and would highly reccomend it to anyone being the first time to arizona .....were a little hesitate so took out the vrbo insurance believe me we did not need it .....everything was exactly like the listing shows the owner was professional ,helpful,courteous,all around #1 people .....even got our little dog a welcoming gift presently thinking of going again next year......wayne,betty&rags parksville ,bcRecommended for: Pet owners, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay, in October, at your beautifully remodeled Apache Junction condo. The Condo is conveniently located near freeways and shopping with beautiful views of the Superstition Mts. The amenities were as you described, convenient and well maintained. We felt very at home and within the condo, found all of the items needed for our daily use. Thank you for your attentive hospitality. I would recommend this location to others and look forward to coming again next year.Recommended for: Pet owners, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

The condo we stayed in at Apache Junction, AZ was very clean and well appointed. The unit also had a swimming pool, hot tub and laundry facility. The price was very reasonable and the owner was very friendly and helpful with information about the area and things to do and see.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

About the owner: Thank you for looking at our Condo. Jane (my wife) and I (Todd) would like to welcome you to Arizona. We purchased this Condo for my parents to use while visiting from Washington State. With their encouragement, we decided to open it to additional guests. Jane was born in Scottsdale, AZ making her a rare Native to Arizona. I moved to AZ with my parents at the tender age of 12. I like to consider myself a native as well. However, Jane won't allow it...lol.
Why the Owner Chose Apache Junction:
Arizona is still growing like crazy, with many cities doubling in size in just the last 10 years.
Apache Junction, while growing, still holds onto the "classic Arizona feel". It's also at the front door to some of the best attractions in the Phoenix area.
I must also mention the amazing GOLF just seven(7) miles away at Gold Canyon. I feel it's the best golf in Arizona.
Once you see the Superstition Mountains up close, you too will fall in love.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
As I mentioned, our intention was to renovate this Condo for my parents. This gave me the excuse to "go over the top" with the improvements.
This unit is also one of the few lower level, single story units in the complex. Nice knowing no one is walking on your roof..lol. Also, no steps.
From the second you open the door, you'll feel right at home.
