Arrived at Summer Seas on a Monday with my husband. Came to Keys to do a charter with my husband for his birthday. Super peaceful community if you are looking to get away from it all! They have a beautiful dock and beach area complete with hammocks. It is a peaceful place to watch the sun set every evening! The pool was just the right temperature. Almost made me not want to get out considering it was 70 degrees when we went. The condo had everything that we needed. Great kitchen and bathrooms. Nice little porch area complete with sitting chairs. Would definitely go back especially since pricing is so affordable for what you get!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

We had a great time staying here last September. The condo was very comfortable, air conditioned, and was great to come back to after a long day in the sun. The complex pool was very nice and the location was great too. Overall, excellent and would recommend this to anyone who wants to visit the Keys.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers.

We recently stayed at this condo and had a wonderful time in Islamorada! The condo is roomy and the kitchen is well stocked for people who love to cook. It is convenient to the Founders Park and within walking distance to one of our favorite restaurants, Marker 88. The only downside is your view is of the parking lot and the noise level is great since it is only 30 yards from A1A. You will hear every car, truck and bus going by and when I am on vacation I look forward to a restful sleep. The other side of the building is a beautiful harbor and a wonderful pool and marina for the condo owners. For those who need internet you can only get coverage down in the lobby. This was inconvenient since we need to always be in touch with our business. We did meet some nice people while we were working on our computers though. If the owners could replace the old windows in the front bedroom it would greatly reduce the noise and improve their guests sleep.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

We spent the week of mini-season 2011 at this wonderful place in the Keys. The house is wonderful and has everything a person would need. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The other tentants were super nice and welcoming. The owners are super nice and easy to deal with. We had a great time and we will be returning!!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.
