There is a clubhouse in the neighborhood. It has a community pool and spa, game room, treadmill, internet access, sports lounge and kids park. We absolutely loved our stay. In our group there were 3 adults and 3 teens and there was plenty of room in the house. With 3 teenage girls in the house the fact that there was 3 bathrooms made it very "teenager" friendly and probably saved lives. The pool was amazing and we played volleyball with our teens every night in it. Staying at this house was so much better than a hotel. We had complete privacy. There is a pond very nearby and a few alligators in it. That was pretty neat. We paid the extra to heat the pool and boy was it worth it. At night it's a bit chilly in Florida during the month of October. (We are from Wyoming so we know what chilly is) We were a bit cold in the house and the pool so we called and asked for the heat to be turned up and it happened within minutes. Everyone was very nice and efficient. The house isn't all that far from everything that you need. There is Wal Mart down the road a mile or so, gift shops not all that far away, a McDonalds right by the house and the parks are about 15 minutes away. We loved that the house was in a gated community. It made us feel safe. Every house and their lawns were very well maintained. There was no noise. It was so peaceful and relaxing. This was our first trip to Florida and our first stay in a rental vacation home and all in all we were very impressed and will most certainly stay in one of these houses again the next time that we take this type of vacation!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
