  This house certainly satisfied our needs. We've stayed in hotels and rented houses in the past and this was a really nice house. It was very spacious and accommodating. We really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi after spending our days on the lake. All of the rooms were very big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this house to others.

  We have rented this house 5 times and love it every time. The house is always clean and spacious. A group of us rent this house on Memorial weekend and it works great for everyone. My husband loves the fact that the boat can still be hooked to the boat and be behind a locked gate so we have no worries!! The pool and spa are always clean and well maintained. Stores and gas are all close by. The owners always make sure you are happy which is very nice to know they care and aren't just regular landlords that are out of sight and impossible to get a hold of. Would recommend to everyone!! Thanks again for a great stay!!

  Some friends and I rented this beautiful home for our weekend getaway. The home was exceptionally clean upon arrival and was even more impressive than the pictures portrayed. It was nice to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi after a long day on the river. Another plus was being able to leave our truck hooked up to our boat and park behind a locked gate. It saved us a lot of time in the mornings and was convenient when we left to head home. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to enjoy all that Lake Havasu has to offer. I will definitely be a renter for life.

  The house served its purposed for our stay and very comfortable. The listing description and pictures are accurate. House was clean. The master suite very large. Boat parking could be a little tight for larger boats (25' +). Watch your step when you enter the garage (step and a half down). Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

  We love this house. My family and i have rented this spacious comfy home for the past three yrs. We enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, and clean backyard. The house is well stocked and stays cool on the hot summer days. We give this place two Big thumbs up and look forward to our stay each time.
