This 1936 home is located only a few blocks from downtown in an area of quaint older homes. The home has the original wood floors and is furnished with many antiques and furnishings suitable to the period. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, and the kitchen, which has been fully modernized, blends with the original charm of the house. Both bedrooms have comfy queen size beds, and there is a twin size rollaway if you need an extra sleeping spot. The bathroom has the original tile sunken tub/shower, which has been enclosed with glass block.

The home has a fully fenced large backyard with a private rose garden, a four person private hot tub, and an outdoor patio set for evening barbecues. (Could be an ideal setting for a small wedding).

There is a single car detached garage, and both the garage and house have electronic keyless entries. This system is easy to use and eliminates any possible problems with lost keys. (You also won't have to drive around trying to find the place to pick up your keys when you arrive). Our customers love it.

Regular Rates (2 night minimum): $1,100.00 per week..$525.00 three nights
$450.00 two nights (Sorry, but due to increased costs, we have had to raise our
rates for two night stays.)
Hot August Nights, Street Vibrations, & Dec.22-Jan.1 (3 night minimum):
$1,300.00 per week..$600.00 3 nights
$60 Cleaning fee is required.
12% local room tax for stays under 28 days not included.
$500.00 refundable security deposit is required.
