This home is located in the perfect spot in Key West. One block from the historical seaport and just a short 4 blocks down Caroline Street to our famous Duval Street. Walk or rent a bike and ride everywhere in town. You are close to many of the fun activities here in Key West such as snorkel trips, jet ski tours, all sorts of types of fishing trips, beaches, Key West historical tours, shopping, pubs, burlesque, downtown movie theater , bike scooter and electric car rental, and the famous Mallory Square Sunset Celebration. And can you believe here in Key West that it is all with in walking distance. No need to use a car.
Our historic seaport seclusion home has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The king bedroom has a very unique large en-suite bathroom. The queen bedroom also has it’s own full bathroom. If you need an extra bed, the queen futon is upstairs in the large loft which has its own entrance and half bathroom. The tropical kitchen with its large open windows open so you can sit in the kitchen either inside or outside. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with most everything you need. The kitchen opens to the garden and propane barbeque area. Up a couple of stairs the sliding glass doors can be opened in the dining area and the living room area to access the lagoon style pool just feet away from the sliding doors. Enjoy the private deck for sunbathing
You can relax and enjoy the WIFI in the house or around the pool. Relax and listen to some great music on the stereo. Catch up with the local news on the flat screen TV’s in the house. Parking is a premium in Key West and we are so happy that you will be able to park two cars, one behind the other in the driveway.

About the owner: Joyce Moore and her husband, Craig Fazio, landed on Key West from the Caribbean. In 1994, after a period of sailing the turquoise seas in a 33-foot boat Craig built by hand, the pair embarked on a new path of restoring historic properties and inn-keeping. While Craig and Joyce focus on the hands-on behind-the-scenes restoration work, their dear friend Sharon Simpson, who they met in Panama in their sailing days will be hosting the property.
