House with private hot tub, 2 living rooms each with cable T.V. just minutes to skiing, golf and night life, no pets (sorry landlord is allergic). Minutes to Killington and Pico Ski resorts. Enjoy mountain biking, hiking , kayaking , fishing , and spectacular fall foliage .

4 bedroom / 2 full baths/ 2 separate living rooms, both have T.Vs with cable and DVD/ VCRs. The lower living room has a gas fire place( looks like a wood burning stove).The upstairs has a hot tub on a large deck with an open concept living room dining room kitchen area , the 2 upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed.One downstairs bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds , and the other has a full (double bed) and a single bed.

This house is in a great location in the heart of Killington. It is just minutes to skiing, night life and great restaurants.

Rates

End of term cleaning fee of $125 ( $50 of this is refundable if it takes housekeeping less than 2 hours to clean up after your departure). includes draining and cleaning hot tub.
There is an optional fee of $10 per person for sheets and towels ( linen service) , blankets and pillows are always at the house

We take a 50% non refundable deposit to reserve your dates.The balance is due 30 days before your arrival.cancellations 31 or more days in advance of arrival date get a 50% refund of total rental amount.If landlord is able to rerent dates for full amount we will refund 80% of rental rate.
For cancellations 30 days or less before arrival , 
If landlord is able to rent  your dates we will refund 75% of rental rate.There will be no refunds if we are unable to rent your dates for full rental amount
