Built in 1889, Grandma Frances' Beach House has been newly renovated with pine flooring throughout and new tile baths. Our guests love our original wrap-around porch, complete with rocking chairs and porch swing. Families and good friends find our bedrooms really spacious, providing four rooms with king-size beds and private vanities. A fifth bedroom has two twin beds.
Enjoy two new tile baths, plus an additional private shower room. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare your meals, plus a laundry room.
Our beach house is on the third row from the beach, offering the best swimming on the island. We are also in close walking distance to island eateries and pubs. Over one hundred years old, this original 1889 Sullivan's Island Beach House is sure to provide enjoyment and quaint hospitality to families and friends for centuries to come.
