Located on the property of Sunridge Castle, the Holloway cottage has all the benefits of the trails and the beach on the private 50+ acre lake. Benefits include paddle boats, kayaks, sunfish sailboats, and our new addition " the Ozone", a water slide and trampoline, afloat the beautiful waters of Sunridge lake.
The Holloway Guest House has plenty of room to spread out given that the design is multilevel. The kitchen area is open to the diningroom area with a beautiful new ash wood table that comfortabley seats ten (2 extra chairs could fit in). There is also a small bar area that seats two. The spacious livingroom has plenty of room for everyone, with a beautiful cathedral ceiling, which adds to the open feeling of this comfortable room.The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with newly furnished rooms and bedding.
The small stairways resemble the castle in that there are hidden rooms around every corner. One of these rooms is a family style room with TV and futon couch that opens to a full size bed. To the left of this room is the Master bedroom, newly furnished with a full bath.Up the stairs and across the livingroom is a sunroom porch with a comfy pullout couch and chairs. Another small stairway leads two bedrooms and a full bath that have also been newly decorated. Finally a stairway that leads up to a spacious third floor with ample room for two full beds for comfortable sleeping with air-conditioning for those hot summer nights.

- We have a lake nearby that is walking distance, or use of car for convenience. We have 10+ miles of hiking trails that are also used for cross country skiing in winter and snow shoeing. The property outside is very large with ample room for outside games in both the front and back yard. One of the 2 beach areas has volley ball set up and horseshoes as well. We also have many boats including paddle boats, sunfish, kayaks,surf boards, row boats, and fishing is allowed. Our newest addition is the "RAVE" which is a waterslide and trampoline combination. We are family friendly and pride ourselves on cleanliness for your comfort. We provide everything you need for a private, quiet, and relaxing getaway. All you need to bring is your suitcase, food, and yourselves. The rest is up to us...

3 night min: MLK,Presidts,Memrial,Labor,Columbus,Thanksgiv(xmas,New Years 2x rate) 2 nights family rate is $800 plus $63 NH Tax, & adults rate is $1,000 plus $90 tax 3 nights $1,000 plus $90 NH Tax, and adults rate is $1,200 plus $108 NH Tax. 4 nights $1,200 plus $108 NH Tax, and adults rate is $1,400 plus $126 NH Tax. 5 nights $1,400 plus $126 NH Tax, and adults rate is $1,600 plus $144 NH Tax. 6 nights $1,600 plus $144 NH Tax, and adults rate is $1,800 plus $162 NH Tax. For the summer dates of June 28 to August 3, weekly rentals only Friday to Friday. The security and reservation deposit is $350. No extra cleaning charges.

Why the Owner Chose Rindge
We chose to buy this vacation rental because it is so close to the castle and has the luxury of the disc golf course, the beaches, boats, trails, and amazing views at the beachside.
The Unique Benefits at this HouseWe love to use the beach swing, the boats are a lot of fun, especially the kayaks and the paddle boats. We both love to sail as well so we use the sailboats when we are home. Our children love the fishing in the lake and use the row boat to do some fly fishing or casting.We also love to hike and cross country ski and use the trails almost on a daily basis when we are home. The golf disc course is used by my husband and friends and the PDGA comes to play here every year. Mostly, the peaceful, quiet atmosphere lends itself to serenity and relaxation.

This place was so wonderful we want to keep it a secret!!! The house and grounds are beautiful - the photos do not do it justice! Everything was super clean and brand new. The trails and lake area are also beautiful – we want to come back to enjoy them in summer as well. My extended family stayed for 4 nights after Christmas and had a wonderful time. Each family had its own space and even my very noisy children didn’t seem so noisy because of the multi-level layout. The staff took great care of us, making sure we had everything we needed and we received our security deposit back very quickly. Bottom line - we loved it (and we're very fussy!) and we'll be back!

This house is beautiful - the photos honestly do not do it justice! Our group of 12 friends stayed here for 3 nights Labor Day weekend and were not disappointed. There was plenty of room for all of us and we were surprised at how uncrowded we felt. We had great weather and took full advantage of the firepit in the backyard and the hot tub at night. During the day we loved having all the hiking trails, disc golf and the lake right in our backyard. The guys loved disc golf & the girls loved the paddle boats. The house was also very nicely stocked with everything we could have needed! Lots of food was cooked in the kitchen and every pan/utensil we needed was provided. There were also plenty of towels, blankets & pillows for our large group. Washer/Dryer was a nice extra feature too! There was also plenty of room for everyone to sleep without feeling like we were on top of each other. I would highly recommend this house to anyone!

Beautiful house in lovely wooded area of western NH. We rent houses two or three times a year and this one rates right up there with the best as far as overall value, cleanliness, location, usability, and amenities provided. It's obvious the owners are meticulous about overall upkeep and keeping a clean house. Nothing is in on the cheap about this place except the low rental price they charge! Best part was that it comes with the use of the amenities of Sunridge Castle. There is a great lake/reservoir area on property with beautiful beach and the use of about every type of boat you can imagine - kayaks, row, sail, paddle, wind surf and on and on. More walking trails then you could cover in days. Very private and peaceful area. Would definitely go back and would highly recommend to others. Enjoy !

Me and my family have been searching for somewhere to go and get away for the summer for months now, we came across this place on the web and were more than ecstatic! We went and looked at the house and the grounds, and everything were so beautiful. We just couldnt say no. They have a gorgeous lake with a large beach, rope swing, firepit, grill, treehouse, and swingset for the kids. All boats are included with your rental, canoes, kayaks, sunfish boats. And then the house, oh my God! We barley got through the doors and were ready to sign the contract. It was better than you could ever imagine. Everything about this entire rental is first class, including the renters, they are so nice. Pictures could never do this place justice,you would need to go see it yourself. I can't reccomend it enough!
