Our new, Non-Smoking, fully furnished and stocked house has a deck overlooking the seventh green at Dalton Ranch Golf Course. Surrounded by the Red Hermosa Cliffs, just 20 minutes from the ski area and eight miles from downtown Durango. Magnificent views and amenities for either summer or winter rental.
Fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast nook seating for four and formal dinning room seating for six. All the amenities of home are offered with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, garage, and patio with deck and gas grill. Located within walking distance of the Animas River. The historic Silverton Train passes by each day and Trimble Hot Springs is located across the street. A deck off the back overlooks the seventh green and a running stream for the ultimate in relaxation.
Durango offers a variety of hiking, biking trails, and a community recreation center with an indoor pool for adults and a play pool for kids as well as a workout facility, basketball, and a climbing wall.
