COULD HAVE NEVER IMAGINED! Needing something pretty special for my destination wedding, initially, I could never have thought that I would have had the support from the hosts Pat and Linda, such as they provided! It was like being a local and my neighbor simply coming over to discuss all of the wonderful things that New Smyrna Beach has to offer. If they didn't have insight, they LITERALLY went and looked into whatever I had questions about. Seriously, who does that anymore?!? THE ANSWER CLEARLY IS...these folks! From beginning to end, the moment we turned the lock on the unit, we understood that we were in for a treat. UPDATED barely tells what this place has to offer! As much as I hate to give all details, BECAUSE I KNOW THIS COULD MEAN NON AVAILABILITY LATER, It doesn't get much better than this! You literally will need for NOTHING! It was so noticeable, that my entire party, which included family, friends and everyone visiting, they could not believe the differences from our unit to the others. DONT GET ME WRONG, the Bahamain Club is a wonderful place and gives some real family feeling, but, everyone DOES NOT PREPARE AND PROVIDE THE SAME! Even returning customers, were stopping in to let us know we had the best unit and service many had seen in their traveling journeys! NICE TO KNOW! As a 20 year military veteran, I have seen dirt floors to marble you could eat from while lodging nationally and abroad...I can assure you, that others consider customers to simply be a way to pay for nothing more than minor upkeep in MANY ESTABLISHMENTS! This is NOT the case here with Linda and Pat! You ARE the priority and it goes way beyond collecting fees! I could go on and on about each little detail, but, i think it is the personal touches that EVERYONE clearly receives while staying with them. What they did for us was NOT expected...but, I cant imagine it being any different while experiencing the hospitality that allowed us to concern ourselves with what was important...Wedding, family, sun, surf, killer food and just plain relaxing at a place we could easily call home! No thanks is good enough! Yes, we paid for a service, but this certainly goes beyond when we say our expectations were pummeled in a pleasant way. These wonderful people are a credit to the New Smyrna Beach area, making it just another reason that makes us want to visit here as much as possible. In consideration to the fact that we wanted something special for our wedding in NEW SMYRNA BEACH Florida, I could NEVER have imagined, that we would be in store for so MUCH more from the hosts of our condo! First off, the communication and willingness with the owners was UNPARALLELED! In needing information about wedding cakes, florists, spiritual advisors, locations and for everything in support of our destination wedding, Pat and Linda not only provided in depth information, but also gave us the "LOCAL PERSPECTIVE"! By recommending and even VISITING companies to ensure our happiness, we we relieved of all concerns!?! YES, WAAAAAY more than you could EXPECT while walking in to complete strangers! HOWEVER, it is everything you would want in a host and then some! From arrival until end, we saw so many uncompromised details! Other units were not even remotely matched (though very nice and recommended), and we were clearly the envy by our entire party! In fact, they were so impressed with the set up and support, that they too requested the information about our renters for future visits! Even OTHER GUESTS, who had previously stayed in our unit and were now visiting the respectable BAHAMIAN CLUB, stopped by to comment that, "THEY had rarely seen anything close while traveling nationally and beyond!". I spent 20 years in the military and have seen a lot of different scales of lodging in my life! From dirt floors to marble you could eat from, I understand the necessity for certain comforts! On more than less occasions, while staying in other places, I felt as though I was nothing more than a person passing through a door to barely upkeep a property or room! To a person who believes in loyalty and service, not considering future visits or business is a shame! YOU WILL NOT FEEL THAT HERE! We were thankful to consider this our home away from home! As opposed to a quick stay in a hotel/motel, with more than just a price in mind (such as the children, the safety of an area, the close proximity of stores and churches, etc), we had nothing but enjoying our vacation in mind. SUN, SURF, Family, great friends and killer food were the only things we were considering during our ENTIRE STAY! We needed for NOTHING, thanks to Pat, Linda and their incredible preparation for their visitors! We gladly WILL RETURN to stay with our new friends, anytime we choose to visit with the community in NSB! A wonderful pairing that is well worth a visit!

I hate to do this review

I really hate to do this review because I'm afraid one of you out there will steal the weeks I want in the future from me. My family has stayed in many rental condos along the Atlantic Coast in the past, but this townhome was the best. The unit is beautiful with new furnishings. The kitchen is very nice and has an island that also serves as a table. And, Linda has equipped the kitchen with every cooking utensil imaginable. Plus, I have never stayed anywhere that supplied the amenities that Linda does. Everything is here. From toilet paper, to shampoo, to trash bags, to beach chairs, etc., etc., etc. You literally need to bring nothing but your clothes. My only criticism (and was very minor) was that the description indicates that the walkway to the beach is right across the street. Well it is across the street and down a bit. It makes it a little tough to walk there with arm fulls of beach items. We found however that if you drive two blocks to the 27th St beach ramp it is much easier to get to the beach. 27th St. is the beginning of the no drive beach. So, you can either drive on to the beach here or park your car in the lot here and walk.

Spectacular unit! 6 Stars!

I wanted to take my family to Florida for Christmas, as we are from Massachusetts and wished to be near my mother and father in MIms. I saw the photos of the mantle and the rest of the unit and thougtht it may be a nice place to spend our first Christmas away from home. Upon contacting the owner, Linda, she repsonded immediately with any questions I had about the unit and the availability that week. I soon made the reservation for our week. From that point on, Linda was more than helpful in lettting me know my payment options etc and very proactive in helping me out (and extremely friendly). When we arrived I was greeted by the SWEETEST woman at check in who explained "It's your home while you're here".... We then went to the Condo where my wife, my two daughters and I, were all amazed at the pristine, updated and decorated unit we had. We were greeted by a Christmas tree (with gifts for our girls and us), a bottle of wine and holiday themed decor adding to an amazingly beautiful "home". The mantle was only a small part of it. The bedrooms were quaint and comfortable, and with 3 females over the age of 14, there were three bathrooms that came in quite handy! The photos that are presented for this unit do it NO justice. Everything was meticulous and my family felt at home right away. The beach, across the street was gorgeous and we were able to drive on and off during the day, or walk across the street and then down to the beach. It was perfect. There was also a balcony off of both bedrooms that added to our ability to relax and enjoy the Florida weather in a more private way. We truly had everything we needed. There was a small shopping plaza next to the "Village" that provided a place for very affordable groceries and other retail stores. Before making a reservation, we spent a lot of time and energy in finding a great place to stay that would feel like home. This place offered all the comfort of home away from home with additional bonus of a vacation that was remarkable. We really enjoyed our stay at the beach and villa rentals. Closeness of the ocean meant no need in using the car. Though, there was a parking available. For someone who does not like ocean that much, there was an outdoor pool to enjoy the day. Full kitchen reduced the need to dine out. But if you do prefer going out, there several great restaurants that offer good value for your buck. If you like shopping, take some time to look around for there a few good shopping plazas and malls in the vicinity. But what we really liked the most is that everything was at the fingertip and there was no need to worry that you forgot something at home. If you need it, it is there for the use. Should the time come to plan our next vacation getaway, we do know where to go. We will definitely stay at the villa rentals for it offers you flexibility, value, and comfort-things you look for a great vacation. Thank you, Dmitriy and Julia

PERFECT Getway

My mom and I stayed here for a few nights for a short vacation and it was absolutely perfect. We didn't get in town until about 7 at night and the keys were ready and waiting. Everything we needed for our little beach weekend was perfectly stocked. All we had to worry about was how to choose what delicious meal we were going to eat next from all of the fun restaurants nearby! We were a little confused on how to get to the beach from the house, but we emailed the owner and she was very quick and helpful to respond. I have already recommended this house to my friends looking for a similar experience. We absolutely loved our stay here!

All you need and much more

We rented this unit in August 2012 and we were very pleased with it. This place is big and nicely decorated and you can find EVERYTHING you need in the kitchen, which is not always the case in rentals. We never heard about neighbours. There is just one street to cross to go to the beach (make sure you know where is the public access to the beach as it is not clearly indicated). We recommand this place and would go there again if going back to New Smyrna. Thank you Linda for everything. The beach and your place are beautiful !

Linda and Pat did an amazing job making sure we felt at home. The home was very well stocked with towels, beach towels, toys, chairs, games, movies...everything! They have pots and pans, dishes, and everything you need in a kitchen! You literally only need to bring your clothes, personal items, and food. I have never stayed in a condo that had everything we needed. It was very nice and clean as well. New Smyrna Beach is very nice as well. We drove on the beach and parked for the day, and it was a lot more nicer than Daytona Beach. Everything is close as far as grocery stores, resturants, and shopping. We had a family emergancy at the end of our stay, and Linda helped us find another place to stay since her home was already booked. We plan on staying here again next summer! I would definently recommend this home to everyone! We loved it!

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My family had a fantastic time and we would highly recommend staying at this condo. Everything was BEYOND perfect, was way more than what we expected it to be. If we needed something it was there, very well organized, and very clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen such as appiances, coffee, sugar, tea, and much more. It was literally a home away from home. To be honest we didn't not want to leave. :) We plan on returning and staying here once a year. If you are looking for a place this would be an excellent choice.

Home From Home!

If you drop onto this property after scrolling through endless other properties, you really need to look no further because you have found the ultimate residence. Having stayed at this Beach Cottage on four occasions now in the unique town of NSB, I can, hand on heart inform anyone that this is the place for you, whether you have a family or not, there is everything here for you guys and I mean every comfort. When my wife and I stayed this time, we hired push bike cruisers to ride along the beach (which is across the road) and it was an heavenly experience at sunset and of course very romantic! When you get back after your romantic cycle ride, there is even a secure bike stand to park your bike, this place, it has everything. All one wants from a holiday home is the cleanliness, comfort, technology (WiFi, extra large television in lounge, along with two others in bedrooms), great walk-in shower, separate bathrooms, books, games, films (compact discs) beach equipment, towels the list goes on and on....... Two Months in Paradise!

Once again we have spent 2 months in paradise. Your beach house is beautiful and the newly renovated bathrooms are great. It is a perfect place to stay and you provide all the extras not to mention it is always very clean and well maintained. Nearby New Smyrna Beach is such a fun little town, with great restaurants and the beach is wonderful. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. See ya next year.

Great value for money

New Smyrna Beach is a pleasant place to winter, and Linda and Pat’s townhouse at the Bahamian Club is an equal delight. NSB, as the natives refer to it, lacks the hustle and traffic of better-known wintering locales, but that is part of its charm. It’s beach, especially the traffic free parts is level, which is great for long walks, and the townhouse is just across the street from this section. NSB also has a great tennis club, quality golf courses, excellent bird watching areas, decent restaurants, a walkable downtown, and a thriving arts scene. We found the townhouse a great place to enjoy the town. Its value for the money ratio is excellent because you would pay much more for much less across the street on the beach. Better yet, the house is well equipped, with everything you need for an enjoyable stay provided. We have stayed at many rentals, and Linda and Pat offer a quality experience. The recent upgrades, such as a walk in shower in the master bedroom, were especially appreciated during our three-month stay. Further, they provided extras (free phone calls to the US and Canada, wireless internet, cleaning supplies) that added to our snowbirding experience. The Bahamian Club, where the townhouse is located, is small, but it houses a superb heated pool, a tennis court, shuffleboard, and an active social scene. We didn’t partake of the social scene because of other activities, but other residents were always friendly and welcoming. We appreciate the care and effort Linda and Pat have put into their home, and we recommend it to others.

Charming home by the sea

We loved staying at this charming town home by the sea. Wonderfully decorated, this home was perfect for our beach vacation. Pat really has thought of everything one would need for a great vacation. Everything from a fully stocked kitchen to beach toys and beach chairs, its easy to see the attention to details. Our family had a great time. The condo and it's ammenities provided us with a cozy welcoming atmosphere. It is a thoughtful place that Linda and Pat have made amazingly comfortable. We were happy with the photos of the condo but Linda and Pat really put in a lot of attention to detail and are caring owners who are pleasant and heartwarming. Thanks so much for having such a lovely and well stocked townhouse for us to rent. The unit is marvelous, the beach nearby and great. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the ladies in the office. We also took advantage of the National Seashore right down the road. Thanks, again, Linda and Pat! I sure hope that I can rent again in the future!

This was sent to me by one of our new friends. Our family had a great holiday at the Bahamian Club 101B (New Smyrna Beach, Florida, USA)! When my wife saw where we were staying for the month, she said she wanted to live here forever! The home was comfortable and had everything to make our holiday the best. The kitchen, bedrooms and living room were perfect for our holiday. The owners have thought through all the little things that may be needed for a relaxing stay. We were very glad that there were board games that we could play with the whole family! The Ocean and Beach is 200 meters from the house. The beach is simply magnificent! All around the townhouse were a lot of trees that gave plenty of shade. The rate were very low for this excellent quality rental vacation. Our family really enjoyed our vacation in Florida. And when we returned to Moscow, my wife, wrote a review on one of the Russian-language Web sites about the rest, calling it "an ocean of experience." I will recommend to all my friends this place!

Dear Linda and Pat, Our holiday in June just gone was sublime. Again your facilities were five star and we feel so settled there. When we arrive from the airport to 101b, we actually feel as though we have 'come home' it's that warm a feeling! Josie and I have discussed why we feel so settled in NSB and your home and we came to the conclusion that you have made it so that all of ones basic human needs are catered for. One massive bonus for us, believe it or not, is the fact that we do not have to bring beach towels from the UK, as the airlines have reduced the weight allowance on board. A simple thing but very reassuring. Reading the comments placed on your web site, we cannot add anymore great things about the place. You know we have booked again for the third year and God willing we will experience another momentous holiday. My husband and I had a fantastic time; a totally relaxing beach vacation. The condo is lovingly decorated and feels very homey, in a good way! The (short) walk to the beach makes it a perfect location to pop home for lunch. We had a blast and will definitely stay there again!

What a wonderful place to make a memory. The condo was extremely nice and provided everything we needed for a great week. We loved the location and the peaceful setting. Walks on the beach, reading by the pool, family meals in the great kitchen as well as area restaurants, movie time at night, and just all around relaxation for restoration after a busy school year. We highly recommend this condo.

We enjoyed a great vacation at your lovely beach house. Walk to beach a short distance away. All the amenities and more to make our stay comfortable. We really appreciated all the extra steps you took not overlooking even the smallest detail.

Two months in paradise! This townhouse had everything and then some. The beautiful ocean and beach is so close and the complex pool is great and heated. I like to cook and the kitchen had everything you would ever need. The unit is furnished with so many extras. On a scale of 1 - 10 (10 being the highest), I would rate it 20! It's a wonderful place and New Smyrna Beach is a well-kept secret. Lots of things going on in town and great shopping. We'll be back again.

We love the Bahamian club and have vacationed there since 2006 at least twice a year. We have stayed in many beautiful units at the Bahamian Club and this one is over the top. The owners provide everything you need to enjoy a vacation at the beach. Even the cookware is top of the line. We stumbled on the beautiful town of New Smyrna Beach in 2000 and have returned every year since. Again this townhouse is amazing just like the beach across the street. Can't wait to stay there again next summer.

Our son made hiself at home. From the minute we entered the front door of your beautiful townhouse, we knew we made the right choice. I did not look for something and it was not there. We came with our 17 year old and our 14 year old twins and they loved the boards (which we almost bought , too). We are all so excited to return again in the future. You are at the top of our list. Thank you so much for opening your townhous and allowing our family to enjoy it.

My husband, I, and our 3 kids stayed at this lovely townhome for a week in July. We will NEVER again stay in a hotel when we visit Florida. Being in our own townhome was so relaxing and comfortable. I personally love to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed and more. It even had an egg poacher that I tried and my husband loved! He said we have to buy one of those! The rooms, decor, bathrooms, beds, amount of linens and fluffy towels, just everything was perfect for us. Also the beach was so family friendly and clean! We spent hours every day there with the kids. If you do visit the pool just make sure to have bug spray because there are a lot of biting bugs which my husband ended up having an allergic reaction to. I highly recommend this beautiful townhome to everyone, especially families with children. Why would anyone want to pay more to stay in a tiny, stuffy hotel room?

We really enjoyed this place - nicely furnished home, very comfortable and enjoyable. The good and bad: Although the beach IS just across the street, the "street" is actually four lanes of traffic. Not hard to just walk across though - or you can drive - parking isn't far. The beach itself was awesome! Not crowded, it's a "Natural Beach" - lovely. We found shells, sand dollars, even starfish! The pool isn't especially suitable for small children - the shallow end is 3 1/2 feet deep. ..and the only other downside was not having WIFI in the house. It's available down by the pool, but after a certain time, you'll have to sit outside to use it because the Cabana closes. The resort is small and quiet, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here - thanks so much!!

Everything you could nee is here. Thenewly decoration make you feel at home. It is only a few steps to the beach. The pool is crtstal clear and butifyl. We will returm yp 101B

Really liked the unit. Felt like we were at home and that is important. Being in interior design for the timeshare industry. We design our timeshare units to feel like home. And this does. My husband was so impressed. We will come back. Dawn
