I think the title says it all. My wife and I went down with another couple for a wedding and extended stay and we couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. The townhouse is located more towards the "quieter" north end of the Clearwater Beach area yet just a short walk from the Marina, pier and all the action that's just south. Two excellent bars/restaurants were just right across the street as well as the beach and an excellent little sushi bistro that makes one great breakfast as well. The owner of the unit is a very nice guy and was quick to help when we had a small issue arise with the elevator (that ended up being a user related issue). Point is, he moved quickly to resolve our worry and I liked that. Watching the sunset in the hot tub on the roof is an experience everyone should have at least once. This is an excellent place to stay for the price. Also, if you have the means; I highly recommend the restaurant inside the Sandpearl Resort - Caretta on the Gulf. You don't have to be a guest of the resort to eat there and it was a wonderful experience. Hands down the best dining experience in Clearwater Beach. Sunsets on the deck at the Palm Pavillion is a must do. Brunch at the Island Way Grill was excellent as well! Beachcomber was a let down...

This Property provided everything that is promised by the ad and more. There is food, supplies, and fun on the beach all within walking distance. The view from the roof is perfect, and there was plenty of space for a large group of adults. I would recommend this property to any family or group of friends that wants to get away for a relaxing beach vacation.

Awesome beach house!

Our family stayed in this rental and absolutely loved it! Everything you need for the beach is already there, including chairs, an umbrella, chairs, towels, even a stroller to take the kids in. We had 3 young children with us, including an infant, and we loved that there was an infant activity center, jumperoo, and 2 high chairs. The living room and kitchen is the perfect setup and has plenty of seating for everyone, even when we had company over for the evening. The bedrooms were wonderful, especially the bunk bed room which the kids staying in. The elevator was wonderful, especially for my parents who both have knee and hip problems, and for going up to the rooftop terrace with all of our goodies for grilling! We also really enjoyed the convenience of having a garage that we could park our car in, so that there was more room in the driveway as we had 2 cars with us. The location is perfect as well, even if you didn't have a car, as you can very easily walk to Pier 60 and all the wonderful restaurants and shops! We even had a little mishap on the roof in which we accidentally broke off one of the water pipes on the roof when we moved the grille (on our last day of course) and we could have flooded the roof, but we promptly found the water shutoff valve and called the owner, and CRISIS AVERTED! Because we acted so promptly and there was very little damage, the owner even refunded our full deposit! The owner and rental management company were wonderful to work with and they have the perfect setup for a vacation home! We are planning on returning next year and are definitely going to stay here again!

Amazing beach home with spectacular views!!

Our family stayed in this magnificent home in May and we loved it!! The owners have gone above and beyond to make you feel at home. They have plenty of towels, beach toys, beach chairs and free passes to the Clearwater Rec Center. Our kids enjoyed the pool and I even joined a Zumba class. This home is very spacious and VERY clean. I love that the owners accept credit cards and paypal for payment and are very easy to deal with. Restaurants, shopping and the beach are within walk-in distance and we loved watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace which has a hot tub. I like the fact that the property has an elevator because we will be bringing our parents next year! We have stayed at dozens of vacation properties and this one exceeded our expectations. Would recommend 100%!

I had a fantastic stay here. the townhouse is spacious with great facilities, penthouse spa, breathtaking views, spectacular sunsets over the ocean. walk to beach and great restaurants. I had a wonderfull vacation with my family and will definately stay again. The owner is easy to deal with and uses Paypal, credit cards and checks.

The rental was very large and spacious for the price and the location was superb. The stairs do get a little annoying after your 10th trip up and down and the elevator is more for show as it is very, very slow. The hot tub was broken however and I was even charged for a broken cover, (The old cover had all the clips already broken and already had to be held down with a bungee cord) I complained about this and received a portion of my deposit back. Minus the hot tub, the place was great, the bunk bed room is definitely designed for kids, so keep this in mind. For the price, and location it was very nice.

Owner response: As the reviewer stated, this rental is very large and spacious for the price and the location is superb. The elevator runs at a safe and reasonable speed and is intended for normal use and not for rapid accelerated use. The hot tub was in perfect order but needs to be opperated according to instructions. After this particular group left we found some damages, including the spa cover, and had to retain part of the deposit. The bungee cord is used to keep the lite foam cover from blowing off the roof top terrace in high wind conditions. As the review mentioned this property is a great place to spend your holidays at a great price.
