Listen to Waves & Watch Dolphins: Unit #501 is a Gulf-Front, SW corner, 'Smoke-Free', 1,525sf unit on the top (6th) floor of an attractive 25-unit building directly on beautiful Madeira Beach's Gulf of Mexico. Friendly On-Site Property Management, assigned parking & more. Stress-Free Parking in our beach community At check-in you are given an assigned parking pass for #501. Seaview has additional spaces: 6 visitor and 2 handicap . The office will gladly assign you another pass and help you find a spot for your extra car when the property isn't sold-out. However, when Seaview is sold-out (holidays, July 4th, peak season) your extra car might have to be parked off-site. Suggestion: Contact John's Pass Village (6/10 mi) for information about their 323 space parking garage and/or the City of Madeira Beach which sells weekly parking passes for many of their public beach lots. About the owner: We are both natives of the St. Petersburg area. Betsy was born 8 blocks north of the condo in Redington Beach and Mark was born in Gulfport.
We used to rent places to stay with our families and finally decided to buy our own to enjoy with our children and grand-children.
We keep in mind what we liked about places we stayed in and also what we would have liked to have had, too. We continue to listen to our guests and provide things to hopefully make their week at the beach enjoyable.
We have 4 boogie boards, an ice chest on wheels, games, puzzles, extra seating, tea kettle, 3-layer thermal glass windows and doors to keep out any street noises from the boulevard out front.
Why the Owner Chose Seaview: We'd been looking in Treasure Island and had 3 properties we were going to choose from. After eating at Ted Peters in Pasadena we decided to go back to the beaches via Bay Pines. I got out my folder of properties for sale and saw a unit at Seaview. The minute we pulled into the parking area and felt the sea breeze on our faces and saw how close the shoreline was from the building we were sold. The unit on our list already sold the week prior but #501 was available. I could hardly contain myself when I walked in. It was so spacious and open---twice the size (@1,525+ s.f.) of other condos we were considering.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: The bonus was that the condo association created an on-site rental office in the lobby. The keys for our guests would always be on-site at check-in and should anything need attention in our unit someone is there to help. The office is staffed 7 days a week and there is also maintenance staff 7 days a week.
