Everything was better then promised, Joe really has his ducks in a row too: He sends a pretty good packet of stuff that can help plan a trip (as well as coupons, passes, etc.). Place was immaculate, private pool was very nice, as well as the proximity to the retail/golf/gift shops. You are also very close to the major parks... we were able to get to the parks bright an early... then left for the condo for lunch/kids nap, and then went back to the parks until close. It worked out very well. I would go back in a heatbeat.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We found this property online. Having never booked a vacation online before, we were a little hesistant at first. We ended up being very pleased & satisfied with the overall experience. The property was exactly as described....very clean, well maintained and close to many restaurants, attractions and malls. Our family of 4, including a 9 and 13 year old found the 3 Br & 3 bath perfect for our needs. We enjoyed alot of time around the clubhouse pool and hot tub, which was not overly busy when we were there. We stayed for 8 nights in early April and the weather was almost perfect (highs in mid 80'S most days). We didn't go to the parks every day (3 days was enough for us! )....did Cocoa beach which was worth the trip, some Outlet shopping and also some relaxing. We all had a great time. We would certainly recommend this property to any family looking for a little space while on vacation in Orlando. The owner was a pleasure to deal with he saved us alot of money with his coupons and VIP passes thanks again Joe we will be returning again and will recommend you to everyone .Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This was my first time staying in a townhouse instead of staying on Disney property and my experience was wonderful. The place is beautifully decorated and more than fully equipped with amenities! The community is very safe. The pool at the clubhouse is huge! Disney is minutes away. And transportation is provided at Windsor Hills if you did not rent a car. I would highly recommend this particular townhouse for your family vacation! This townhome was EVERYTHING it promised to be and more. It provided some sanity for my family on our Walt Disney World trip for the BUSY spring break time. It allowed us to have a place to come back to and chill out for awhile with our three kids before heading back to the park for the evening events. Joe made sure EVERYTHING was just as it said. The house was immaculate and it sure was nice to come "home" after a day of pounding the pavement at Disney. The Diamond parking passes at Disney were AWESOME!!! We WILL recommend this place- hopefully not TOO much.....we'd love to come back:)Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was easy to get to from the airport, especially with the directions the owners supplied, and the elevator to the fourth floor was handy! The condo was clean, well equipped, and very very nicely decorated. The layout was good for our group of 6 people and we never felt crowded. The property ammenities were also as described, but we were so busy at Disney we really didn't use them. Parking was ample and easy, and getting to Disney was a breeze...I don't think you could stay much closer to Disney. The owners were wonderful every step of the way, answering all of our questions prior to arriving and providing everything we needed to get organized and checked in properly. The best grocery store around was Publix, which was out to Rt. 192 and then going away from Disney...West, I believe. There was also a Target down that direction. There were plenty of restaurants around but we mostly ate at the condo. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends. My husband, brother and I stayed at Joe & Judys townhouse in October 2008. A golf holiday for the boys and a chance for me to relax in the Florida sunshine. The townhouse was everything and more than we had hoped for the place was spotless . Great location to the resort pool and recreation complex as well as being close to all of the main attractions. The private pool was a definite plus, along with the high speed internet ,every question we had regarding the unit were answered very quickly . We will definitely recommend this townhouse/complex to our family and friends! The VIP passes along with the discounts Joe provided were a very big plus and a great time saver .Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We really enjoyed our time at your beautifully decorated townhome. From the moment our family walked in the door, we felt so welcomed and at home! Everything we needed was at hand. The decor was much more beautiful than the pictures could ever show! It was so nice to be so close to the Clubhouse, only a short 3 minute walk. Also, we enjoyed walking to and spending some time at the beautiful park, which is only seconds away. It was also nice having our own private pool we sat there every morning and evening and it definitely was very relaxing after visiting the parks in the day. Thanks so much for your hospitality and sharing your home with us. We highly recommend this place and will stay here again the VIP passes the owner supplied us were a plus for us, along with all the other discounts the owners supplied .Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed here in Sept the place was great and spotless my kids had a great time in the resort pool and game room i think they had more fun in the resort than Disney we will definetley be returning here the accomodations were perfect and the house was walking distance to the resort pool owner made sure everything was ok pleasure to deal with i highly recommend this resort for kids of all agesRecommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

If your planning to visit Windsor Hills this is the place to stay we have stayed in Windsor Hills before great resort all the houses we stayed in were ok but this one stood out above them all everything was perfect and spotless.The owner went out of his way to make sure everything was ok he even sent us coupons and VIP parking passes my kids loved that this house is walking distance to the resort pool they were back and forth all day and we also had our own private pool great deal highly recommend this place its spotlessRecommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
