  We truly enjoyed our 9-night stay in your home for our family's Disney World vacation. The house was set up nicely to accomodate our party (3 grandparents, myself and my sister, our husbands, and four kids). It was wonderful to wake up in the morning and have our whole family together (not in individual hotel rooms), then come home after a day at Disney, eat some dinner (loved all the restaurants and grocery stores nearby), spend some time chatting with everyone and then go to sleep in a comfortable with no noisy hotel neighbors running up and down the hallways. The pool was a nice perk as well! The three older grandkids enjoyed playing out there a few nights after we got back from the parks. A wider variety of tv channels would have been nice (such as the Disney Channel, and ESPN. The NCAA College Football Championship game was on ESPN and we couldn't get that channel; had to watch it on the internet on the computer we brought), but overall we enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and the management company and owner were very helpful when we contacted them. Thanks again!

  We recently stayed at this house and think it was a good location that was close to everything and in a nice neighborhood. However there are a few things that you should know about this house. First of all the pictures that you see on the internet are not pictures of the house that you will be staying in, it is the same model, but the house that you will be staying in is a mirror image of the one on the internet. All the pictures of the rooms are different, with different furniture and different colored walls. The game room does not have an air hockey table but it does have a foosball game. The house is not located in a gated community and the garage is actually the game room, they also indicated that there were golf clubs available, but there was not. The TV has a limited number of channels, 15 to 20 not the 200 they say in the description. The TV’s in the bedrooms were small 13” screens. It also said that there were two sofa sleepers, but there was only one. The grill was electric not charcoal as indicated in the description. There were no paper towels or, Kleenex or laundry soap and no extra toilet paper. There was one small bar of soap in each bathroom. They said that there were new towels in all the bathrooms, and there was one set in each and the rest were very old. There were a limited number of dishes and glasses certainly not enough for 14 people, luckily there was only six of us as several people were not able to make it at the last minute. The throw rugs in the house were old and the corners were curled up and can cause a tripping hazard. The overall housekeeping was marginal with a lot of dust on the curtains and bird poop on the lanai The overall rating I would give this house for the price we paid would be a “2”.

  This villa has an excellent layout and comfortable rooms. We had everything we needed close by and Indian Creek is a lovely location. The house is well appointed - the one story layout made it perfect for all our family members from the granparents to the little toddlers. But it does need a little bit of refreshening - a fresh coat of paint, new bathroom curtain liners, and new towels. But overall, minor things, and the comforts made our vacation all the more fun.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  We went down for a wedding in October 2010. My wife and I traveled with our kids and stayed at the home with my mother and sister and uncle. The house was centrally located to the main strip and only a few miles from Disney. The house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. Just wish the tv channels were a little easier to figure out on all the tv's. But a Great Stay! I have already recommended this place to some family of mine for a vacation they are planning.

  The villa had everything - 5 bedrooms , games room , pool , jacuzzi , comfortable living & dining area & utilities room . There were 11 in our party (aged 6months , 3 years , 7 years (x2) , 12 years & 6 adults the villa easily accommodated all of us . The nearest restaurant was a short (1 mile) drive away so we either self catered or dined out . Everyone in our party really enjoyed the break & we would certainly come back if we are planning a trip to Orlando . Dave & Helen Naylor - Rochdale UK 8.10.10

  We recently spent a short weekend at the tree house and it was wonderful. Very clean, very comfortable beds and well decorated. If we ever make it down to Orlanda again we will be staying at this rental.

  We've just returned from staying in this home and it is clean and exactly as it looks in the pictures. The location was so close to Disney that we were able to come back to the house to eat lunch, rest and swim in the middle of the day and that's with the parks closing early. We liked the fact that the two master bedrooms were at the back of the house and the queen bedroom was in the front of the house. We used the full kitchen to cook many meals and appreciated the fact that the house has some stainless steel cookware instead of aluminum like most rental houses. Our family is large, so we were also able to rent the house next door. The owner was pleasant to deal with and the management company responded quickly to the few issues we had. The next time we visit Mickey, we'll stay here again.

  I was so amazed at the home we rented at Solanas, it was just beautiful inside and out, the neiborhood was very friendly. This house had everything you would need for your stay there, it was close to stores and amusement fun. I would recommend this to others who are looking to be in the Orlanda area on vacation. Thanks so much for allowing my family and i to enjoy such a beatiful home.
