  Our family had a wonderful stay at the Blueberry Patch this summer. The grounds were so beautiful and peaceful and Rick goes above and beyond to make things easy and ensure that you have a relaxing vacation! Everything from the welcome basket to all of the details and amenities provided were very much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend the Blueberry Patch if you are planning a trip to the Cape.   The "wows" began as we drove up the driveway into "Blueberry Patch." Beautiful grounds and gardens immediately caught our eyes as we were welcomed by Emily. (She was our caretaker while Rick, the owner, was away.) The tour of the property began in the most incredible kitchen we had ever seen and there on the island was a huge basket of freshly baked blueberry muffins. Walking from room to room we noticed how roomy our accomodations were going to be and how each room was so beautifully appointed with comfortable beds, luxury linens and towels, yet so wonderfully cozy and inviting. Each bedroom had a television. There was a sound system that was I-Pod ready; a library with enough books for a winter's reading; and a laundry with a washer and dryer that kept up with our family of 12. The Carriage House was charming and was perfect for those of us with different sleep schedules. Of course, the gated pool and play area were the biggest attraction for our grandchildren. We loved the location of the property; seemed equidistant between Skaket and Nauset Beach; close to a park for the grandchildren and where we watched the East Orleans Firebirds; and minutes from the local grocery store. The "compound" itself was very secluded and quiet and totally away from the traffic which was perfect for our little ones. Rick arrived the second week of our stay and was so supportive, always there if a need arose. We truly can't say enough about him and his beautiful home. It was the perfect vacation home for family and we look forward to returning soon! Thanks so much Rick! We would recommend your property to anyone!!

  Our family found our favorite East Orlean vacation rental! The Blueberry Patch property exceeded our expectations. The spacious accommodations impressed our guests and provided many spaces for privacy and fun. We entertained family members from 1 to 90. The grounds and spectacular pool were very well maintained and beautiful. The amenities were numerous with the owner having thought of everything. Daily walks to Nauset Beach were my personal favorite. If you are looking for comfort and a relaxing place to entertain, you should chose this property. We will certainly be back.

  The Blueberry Patch is the finest vacation rental in the Orleans area. The spaces, amenities and pool created such diversity and comfort for my family aged 1 to 90. Walks to Nauset Beach and the Sundae School were defintie highlights as well. The litchen and dining areas made for fine eating and entertaining. If you like East Orleans, check this place out.

  Our stay at Blueberry Patch exceeded our expectations. We entertained many family and friends during the course of our stay. This property is first rate with great amenities. The various spaces provided privacy and relaxation for all ages. The pool was especially nice with ample toys and seating. We walked to Nauset Beach almost daily and were also close to shopping, markets and fresh water lakes too. We loved this place and the owner and plan to return. This is by far the nicest rental property I have experienced on the Cape in the past 20 years. Thank you, Rick.

  We have enjoyed staying at the Blueberry Patch for the last two years. With its quiet surroundings and private pool, you would never know that Nauset Beach is less then 1 mile away. A great place for family and friends to stay.

  We have recently returned from an excellent family holiday (6 adults and 2 babies) at Blueberry Patch. The accommodation was perfect for our needs, providing good communal spaces both internal and external and adequate bedroom and bathroom facilities. The 2 houses were amazingly well equipped, comfortable, clean, spacious, set in a quiet neighbourhood with wonderfully tended gardens. The pool was beautiful with plenty of sunbeds and swimming equipment. Although heated, it was still rather cold given we were there late May early June. The owner was helpful and willing to field any queries but was in no way obtrusive. Our dealings with him were very straight forward. East Orleans was a useful base for our stay, situated as it is in central Cape Cod and near to beaches. In addition it has a good selection of shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend this property for families and groups of all ages

  Wow ! This place is everything you could want in a Cape Cod Beach House. Perfectly situated between beautiful Nauset Beach and the Bay ( that the kids loved). Freshly back from the beach, we had a blast in the heated pool and we never ate out because the kitchen is restaurant caliber and so much fun to use.This house is perfect for families with children and the grandparents adored the carriage house for the privacy and quiet. Thank you so much Rick, for a wonderful week on the Cape that the whole family will remember. We will absolutely be back.
