  This spacious 2 bedroom Condo was very clean & impeccably maintained. The owner was a pleasure to work with and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. There were beautiful marble floors throughout and a great kitchen. The Ocean views from the double balcony were a glorious way to wake up in the morning. Make sure you take a walk or jog along the boardwalk every morning and breathe in the fresh air. I would definitely recommend this condo! If you like Asian Food check out Sushi Samba & Mr. Chows ... delicious!!

  I live in Switzerland and was planning a trip to Miami. A friend of mine here had stayed in the condo and highly recommended it to me. I was so impressed with the condo and the location. We were steps away from the beach, nice restaurants and had access to several pools. I will definitely stay there when I go back to Miami. Thanks Marne for your high quality of service :-)

  First of all the owner of this beautiful condo was a absolute pleasure to rent from. From our very first correspondence, through all the arrangements, stay, and follow up they were very, cordial, accommodating, professional, and genuinely friendly. The unit was everything promised in the description, located only a 5-7 min walk from lincoln & collins. We rented scooters for fun, but really didn't need them, you can pretty much walk or take a short cab ride to anywhere in south beach! The unit was very clean, and had plenty of extra towels, and linens etc. The couch is even super comfortable and folds out into a bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen so you can literally save hundreds of $ just by cooking at home! and that is exactly how this unit felt, just like being home! This definitely is the only place i will ever stay when i come to the south beach! Thank you sooooooo much again for everything M.K.!!! I can't wait to come back!

  Beautifully updated condo,complete with all the amenties you would need to make anyone comfortable. Amazing views of the beach on a doublewide balcony.Loved watching the cruiseships come and go. This building has a choice of two pools and is within walking distance to all Sobe restaurants ans shopping. Building employees were all super friendly and the building has excellent security. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to enjoy everthing South Beach has to offer.

  The condo was great! beautful big spacious. It was a great experience all around. The location is great as well steps to Lincoln and South Beach. We woudl definitely book again.

  What a great place. If your looking for a 2 bed 2 bath in So. Beach that will make you feel at home I highly recommend this beautiful unit. with just enough furniture to make it comfortable and attractive without clutter, this place was neat ,clean and centrally located. Unit has oversized terrace that overlooks beach and buildings large pool. Only negatives for us, were lack of blackout drapes (there are venition blinds and the fact that there is no laundry within unit.( there are coin operated units on each floor)

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  Very nice condo. spacious 1500sqf luxury with all amenities (TV's, nice kitchen, etc) . Well equipped and everything is provided for (towels, guest passes, valet).Free access to Gansevoort Pool (beds/towels) or Roney pool. a few blocks from Lincoln and Ocean Drive.We could not wish for anything more or better. We'll be back.

  We keep an amazing souvenir of our stay in this condo. Very well decorated and ideally placed in South Beach, it is a good starting point to discover South Beach and Miami area, as well as a very comfortable place to rest and to enjoy the sunny weather. Parking valet, supermarket just in front of the residence, café and restaurant 2mn walk ahead, everything is gathered to make it easy, which is especially appreciable when you arrived with kids. The Gansevoort swimming pool and private beach is just waouww, nice design, lounge music, nice cocktails, nice restaurant. One thing is sure, we will come back !!

  This was a beautiful condo located right on the beach. It was perfect for what we were looking for. I have been to South Beach many times and this was by far the nicest unit I've stayed in for the money!! The unit had plenty of room to relax and was very clean. I also really liked the location. It was on the beach and a short walk to Lincoln Road where we love walk at night. The laundry was located right on the floor so it was nice that I didn't have to pack as much for our stay. I also loved that we had access to the pool at the very trendy and brand new Gansevoort South Hotel that is connected to the building. . The unit had everything for all of our needs and we were able to make ourselves feel right at home. I've already booked our stay for next year!!

  I travel to South Beach once a year and usually stay at one of hotels on the beach. This year I decided to rent this 2-br condo and it was just fabulous. The condo has a huge kid-friendly pool and is right on the beach. Guests also have access to the new swanky pool next door at the recently opened Hotel Ganvoort South, which is nice since you can still get the 'hotel' experience. The apartment was very nicely furnished and clean when we got there. Laundry on the floor was also key as we didn't have to pack as much stuff. The only downside is that they are in the midst of building the new W Hotel next door so it's an eye soar and can be loud with all the heavy machinery. We spent most of the time next door at the hotel pool as a result. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and supplied towels were perfect for our needs and all well-kept. We definitely want to go back again in the future!

  Loved my stay in this condo, but found the Master bedroom mattress uncomfortable, needs one more comfy chair in living room and could use some more mixing bowls and cookware. Wished washer/dryer was in the unit. Construction noise from W Hotel next door very loud. Overall loved my stay.

  Owner response: Master Bedroom mattress is a top of the line pillowtop mattress. Most people that have stayed in my unit comment on how comfortable the mattress is and how great they slept!! I love staying there because I get the best night sleep!! The renters knew exactly how much furniture is in the unit by the pictures as well as the fact that the washer and dryer are located on the floor and not directly in the unit. If they would have asked my property manager for more bowls and cookware he would have happily purchased them. The unit is stocked with mixing bowls and cookware. Noise from the construction is complete and has been since the W Hotel was topped off in June and had their "Top Off" party back then. This renter stayed back in February when construction was not complete!! Everyone that stays in my unit loves it and several people have already stayed more than once!!
