  We had the pleasure of staying in Matthias' condo in Vallarta for two months. This unit is extraordinarily well equipped, with all the comforts of home. The proximity to the market, bus service, the beach and all of the other assorted diversions of downtown (without the usual noise nonsense) made our stay in PV one of the best we have had in years.

  Nous habitons l'appartement de M. Vogt depuis trois mois. Le propriétaire est affable et très accueillant. Entre autres, il parle un français impeccable et il se préoccupe beaucoup du bien-être de ses locataires. Matthias est de bon conseil pour nous orienter dans notre nouvel environnement.L’endroit est idéal pour côtoyer les Mexicains dans leur quotidien et apprendre à mieux connaître leurs mœurs. Pour ceux qui n’y sont pas habitués, la découverte de l’ensemble des petits marchés mexicains voisins constitue une expérience enrichissante. À peu de distance se trouve une superpharmacie qui offre tous les produits nécessaires à l'entretien ménager en plus d'être une mini-épicerie. Un supermarché est accessible à pied et d’autres le sont aisément par autobus. Le linge de lit et de toilette est fourni en quantité suffisante. Dans la cuisine, nous retrouvons de la belle vaisselle, une verrerie et une coutellerie de qualité. Tous les petits électroménagers fonctionnent très bien. Une batterie de cuisine de qualité est complétée par plusieurs casseroles de format divers. La cuisinière au gaz est très efficace et le réfrigérateur est de grande capacité. En un mot, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se préparer de bons petits repas santé. C'est très pratique d'avoir à disposition une machine à laver. De plus, la chambre des maîtres est dotée d’un très grand lit (200 cm ou 80 pouces) et d’un matelas de qualité supérieure, ce qui représente un atout intéressant. Deux climatiseurs muraux efficaces et très silencieux contribuent à notre confort, et ce, même lorsqu’il fait très chaud. Bref, ce condominium offre tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour au Mexique.

  I had the good fortune to rent a condo from Matthias Vogt at F I Madero 536 PV. The condo itself is spacious and very clean. I felt as though I was in someone's home not a rental unit because of the care taken with the furnishings and décor. It's situated in a neighborhood that is truly Mexican, very friendly and welcoming. I will return again and again if I'm able. Best of all was the extraordinary kindness of my host who made sure I lacked of nothing. The best time I've ever had in Puerto V.

  Thank you so much for you hospitality. You and your home were far and above our expectations and to say the least we were very pleasantly surprised.The Apartment is in such a wonderful neighborhood and the people there made us feel at home. We could have not asked for a better experience, it rates at the top of our travel experiences. We are very much looking forward to another and hopefully longer trip to PV, and to seeing you again.

  We were there April 14th-23 2011, and everyone enjoyed our stay in PV We rented directly through the owner. He was waiting for us when we arrived... so we walked right in and he showed us the suite with humor and grace. Condo was a clean, spacious, 2 bedroom and 2 bath. linens, comforters, towels, kitchen with most regular items. The couch was a leather that could be made into a bed . On the right of the kitchen a full laundry room. Short walk straight down the road which is directly on beach. Approx 10 mins.Lots to see on the way...make sure to havea taco at the many many Taco stands....So YUMMY!!!! The property is within walking distance to a MANY restaurants. There were some people fishing,catching many many fish and shrimp Overall a very good experience ...we will be back...and will highly recommend this unit to friends

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

  Hello everyone. My name is Clint and I am a Canadian that has been visiting Puerto Vallarta every year now for the past 6 years. I have stayed in a variety of accomodations over the years ranging from an all inclusive full service hotel to a number of small boutique hotels and condos. Two years ago I was lucky enough to take the advice of friends of mine who live in Puerto Vallarta full time and stay at a wonderful Condominium at 536 Francisco I Madero. I have stayed there now for the past two years and hopefully will for many years in the future. This Condominium, is for me, a dream come true. It is wonderfully located an easy walk 5 blocks from the beach in a part of town that is truly magnificant. Just one block away is a delightful market where you can fill your kitchen with whatever you like for all your meals, snacks and apres sun beverages. You can feel safe to wander along the river park, through the sunny or shady side streets to numerous cafes, restaurants and little bars of whatever type you choose where you will be warmly greeted by your hosts. Your home is a secure two bedroom, two bathroom luxury condominium with all you could possibly need. You will have your every need met. The unit is very beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished with excellent facilities available for at least 4 guests. Your unit is complete in every way whether you are entertaining, taking a siesta or just relaxing with a good book. It has two bedrooms and private baths with lots of room to cook, dine, or even do your laundry. Your host Matthias and his friendly help will anticipate your every need and ensure you have a wonderful vacation. I hope to return for many years in the future and can heartily recommend this little bit of paradise to you. Enjoy!
