  You have a wonderful home that was perfect for 3 adult couples and our first 4 1/2 month old grandchild. Your home is so inviting and comfortable that our week was terrific. We were pleasantly surprised by items that we not called out in your description of the property. The 1/2 bath on the first floor came in VERY handy. Also, the office was the PERFECT separate bedroom for our grandson and the Pac N Play that you provided. We used everything you provided including the bikes, beach chairs, beach towels and all kitchen appliances. Because of the baby, we ended up cooking in some of the time and your kitchen is very well stocked. We have a tremendous time and would happily recommend your home to anyone wanting a gorgeous property, warm pool and gracious living! Thank you The Jacobs Family

  We had an amazing stay in your lovely home, wow what a lovely house and the location was fantastic so convenient for everything we needed. My children 12, 7 and 4 loved the pool and the toys in the pool box spent many a lazy day enjoying the benefits of the pool and the lovely weather. Both yourself and Gary should be very proud, proving families with such a lovely environment for life long memories that will be cherished. The house has everything you need and more and exceptionally clean. We loved it and would love to have the opportunity to visit again. Will be in touch.

  Our stay in Florida and Holly Ct. was as wonderful and relaxing as we expected from the information given prior to the trip. The property was clean and everything about it well maintained. Our contacts with Vicki smooth, positive and easy. We have already recommended the property and will continue to do so. We appreciated the location with close access to what we needed both necessary and for fun. Also the possibility to walk to places nearby. Places we would go again are, CJ's, Snook Inn, Dunki'n and Susies diner. Also the Island of Capri.

  What a wonderful vacation. The few little mine thins that came up, we're immediately taken care of by the owner! Perfect house for our trip. Location was close to everything, and everything was already at th home for us to enjoy! Will definitely rent again!!!

  We stayed here for a week with our 18 month-old and my husband's parents and it was the perfect house! It was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, a perfect layout and better than the pictures show. The pool was warm and very clean and we all had a great time swimming in it everyday. The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants and stores, close to the beach, but still quiet and private. The house has everything you will need to go to the beach, cook meals, enjoy the pool or just relax. Thanks for a perfect stay!

  We've rented numerous homes on Marco Island through the years, and we both agree that this was one of the best. Vicki was great to deal with for our last minute vacation decision. My sister from Miami visited for the weekend and was happy with her Private bedroom and bath upstairs. One of few homes I did not have to clean when we got there. Liked the layout. Kitchen was well equipped, as we like to cook on vacation, and enjoyed eating outside. The pool and spa temperature were warm like we like it, so we did not have to figure out how to change anything. Great location, walked to Esplanade shops, bikes were great, we rode everywhere in morning or evening, and the cooler came in handy, nice beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing supplies. Also read a few good books from the library, great music keyboard, internet access. We'll definitely look to stay here again!!!

  Our family had a great time at this house. The house was clean and well-furnished. Our kids played in the pool every hour that we weren't enjoying the beautiful beaches. We would definitely come back, the location was also close to everything. The Menard Family in Chicago

  The location of the property is great for restaurants, shopping ect and access to Tigertail Beach. The House is well equiped and exceeds expectations. The children have loved every minute and have experience great things. Our only regret is....we did not stay long enough. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  The description of this home was very accurate and offered an ideal spot to enjoy all that Marco Island has to offer. Everything you could possibly need was made available including bikes and fishing poles. The home was very clean, comfortable beds, nice furnishings, beautiful pool area and all are very well maintained. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and provided an excellent service.

  Our Marco Island experience was great. The home was beautiful and well located. Restaurants and grocery stores were quite handy. The beach was only a short walk or bike ride away. The home was well decorated, clean and comfy. Everything you could imagine was provided- from high definition tvs to a wonderful sound system. I would reommend the Petersons home to anyone vacationing in Marco Island. the Slavins

  Vicki ~ We just returned from our annual vacation on Marco Island and had an absolutely fabulous time, could've been a little warmer, but the sunshine more than made up for that! We really enjoyed your home and were able to really relax. The sunrise in the morning was just brilliant and the views of the condos at nighttime fantastic! Really loved that no matter where you were, inside or out, you were able to really keep an eye on everything! YA lot of listings say that they are within walking distance to shopping, grocery, coffee, nightlife, etc, but your home really is. We have been renting homes on the island for 7 years now, and really found yours to be perfect for our needs. We will definately be in touch for next year (hopefully sooner, if schedules allow).
