This 1952 home has been completely remodeled to retain all of its original character. It has hardwood floors throughout. The home has a sunken living room surrounded by windows, and features a beautiful woodburning fireplace. There is a separate dining room off the eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is fully tiled, and has new maple cabinets. The bathrooms have the original art-deco tile and will almost take you back to the 50s.
Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, and the third bedroom has a double size futon. A twin roll-away bed is also available. The home has a two car garage and a beautiful, flower-filled fenced backyard with a five person private hot tub, barbecue, patio, and small gazebo. Located in a quiet, residential area. It is close to a grocery store, the YMCA, and beautiful Idlewild Park on the Truckee River. Downtown Reno, and all it has to offer, is just one mile away.
The home and garage both have electronic keyless entries so you don't need to stop somewhere to pick up keys when you arrive. The system is very easy to operate and it eliminates the potential problems caused by lost keys. Our guests really like it.

A refundable $500 damage deposit is required.
A 12% local room tax for stays under 28 days not included.
$75.00 Cleaning fee required.
