This is a great home in a wonderful location. Very friendly neighbors as well. Unit listed as not pet friendly but it is ... However, BE WARNED!!! Get everything in writing and don't give a credit card if possible. Wouldn't hurt to take pictures prior to departure as well. Management (Gulf 2 Beach Rentals out of Tanger Outlet area in Foley), will find a way to screw you out of your money if possible. I stayed nearly 2 months and was overcharged. Had to get July charges reversed and reissued at correct rate. Then was blamed for damage occuring prior to my rental. They proceeded to pay for those damages by making unauthorized transactions on my credit card due to this. Might be better off using a different management company.Owner response: Karen We have been renting our units for over 15 years and have never had a bad review from any of our guests. We work very had to keep all of our properties in great condition for our next guest. Sorry we were unable to work out all of the issues. Wishing you the best for the future Paula

The house was lovely. Everything there that one might want or need.Great screened in porch and nice backyard(front too). Only thing I suggest is replacing the mattress in master bedroom. Paula was wonderful and a true professional. Hope to work with Paula on our future rental vacations.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+.
