A beautiful top-floor loft unit on the north edge of downtown, close to 16th Street Mall and Coors Field (4 blocks for each), LoDo, light rail, etc. The included inside parking is a luxury in downtown, nice secure building. Well furnished and (mostly) very well equipped. My wife and I, a daughter, and two grandchildren were very pleased with the unit and the responsiveness of the management/maintenance team. A couple of things weren't up to par with the overall quality (TV, coffee maker), and the operation of the HVAC system was quite a mystery, but overall we loved it and would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Came to Denver for a weekend with 2 friends and this condo turned out to be more than we expected. It truly is within walking distance of all of the amenities offered by Cherry Creek. The place came with 2 parking spots but we never had to use our car once! The condo itself was very nicely furnished and the building made me feel like I was in a hotel. The property manager (forget her name) couldn't have been nicer and was very helpful with everything. I rarely get a chance to go on vacation but if/when I do, I will definitely be coming back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.
