This 1783 square foot contemporary home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood approximately one mile west of downtown Reno. It has a sunken living room with a vaulted ceiling, a separate dining room, and a family room with a wood-burning fireplace. The home is carpeted is the bedrooms and living room, and has tile and wood floors in the kitchen, dining room, family room and hallway.
The large master suite has a queen size pillow top bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a double bed. There is a queen size sofa bed in the family room, and a twin size rollaway bed is available. The home has a two car garage.
Both the house and the garage have electronic keyless entries. This system is easy to use and eliminates any possible problems with lost keys. (You also won't have to drive around trying to find the place to pick up your keys when you arrive). Our customers love it. The backyard is fully fenced and contains a variety of fruit trees and flowers.
There is a a large covered patio with outdoor seating off the family room with a gas barbecue for entertaining. The five person hot tub is just off the patio, and is a great place to relax at night and watch the stars. The home is close to a grocery store, the YMCA, and other conveniences including beautiful Idlewild Park on the Truckee River. |
