Brand new, beautifully appointed executive home located about 1/2 mile from Gondola. Professionally designed and decorated home is a four bedroom, four and a half bath, three-level home with views of the mountain, with a total of 4,000 square feet of living space.
This home is loaded with upgraded furnishings and furniture to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Everything for your comfort is here to enjoy.
The two areas of entry offer a slate entry to take off shoes, boots and coats. If you like to cook or want to have gatherings for family and friends, there is a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare a fantastic meal, along with service for 14. The kitchen offers brand new stainless steel appliances.
The great room and dining room feature hardwood floors, a large dining table for 10 and a combination of leather and wood furniture to provide plenty of comfortable seating for everyone, whether it is a formal dinner or game night. Surround-sound for the TV, music from cable, or the convenient IPOD docking station can be played on the in-house audio system.
The living room has a 50" flat screen HDTV with Blu Ray player, great stereo system and a Grand River rock fireplace. A deck and large windows provide a commanding view of the gondola and ski area. A gas grill is provided on the deck, as well as a brand new Hot Springs, six-person hot tub on the back patio out the finished lower level.
The first floor houses the master bedroom, fireplace and full bath.
The midlevel floor has two full bedrooms, each with it's own complete bathroom. One is a queen with a twin and the other has two sets of bunk beds, full on bottom, twin on top.
The third level is another social center of the home with a second 50" HDTV and Sony Blu Ray DVD.
This level offers the second king bedroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a great IPOD stereo alarm clock and ceiling fan.
Each bedroom is equipped with enough furniture and closet space so you can unpack, put your things away, and not trip over your luggage all week.
The home offers cozy radiant in-floor heating throughout the house. A brand new front-load washer and front-load dryer are available to help minimize your packing. Be sure to bring your laptop for access to high-speed wireless Internet.

We have been skiing at Steamboat for the past 4 years and this is my favorite rental property by far. It is extremely clean and well-maintained. We stayed here with two families and it is spacious enough to have privacy/quiet in the bedroom suites, yet it has a warm and cozy feel for spending time together in the large family areas and kitchen/dining area. It has beautiful furnishings and excellent amenities. Highly recommend this property. JYRecommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

This is a 5-star, very well maintained, spacious, comfortable, townhouse. It was built with all high-end finishes and has been decorated with designer furnishings. With 2 master suites, and 2 additional bedrooms with multiple beds in each, it easily accommodated the 2 families in our group. Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom, so no one had to wait long for a shower! The open floor plan allowed everyone room to spread out, but still be involved in conversation. We enjoyed several nights of late-night poker at the large dining room table. The home is located at the ski base area about 1/2 mile from the gondola. After a day of skiing, we would take a 5 min bus ride home on the free Steamboat Springs Transit green-line bus. Be sure to leave your skis & boots in storage at one of the ski rental places at the gondola. Après ski, enjoy relaxing in the private, outdoor hot tub with a glass of wine! My husband and I stayed here with our three children and another family of 5. We were all very comfortable and had plenty of space for the two families. It was spotlessly clean and is very attractively furnished. The kitchen was fully stocked for those nights we wanted to cook. Heated tile and wood floors were wonderful for those cold mornings.It is very nice and a great location. The mountain is perfect for skiers of all abilities. K~Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: My husband and I along with our 3 children live in Kearney, MO, which is a suburb of Kansas City. My husband is the President/Owner of Pourboys, which is a chain of local convenience stores. I am a stay at home Mom to our 3 children who are 7, 6 and 5.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Mt. Werner:
We chose to buy a vacation rental home in Steamboat because we have been vacationing there since 2000 as a family and my husband has been vacationing there for 20 years. We just fell in love with Steamboat. We love to ski, hike, ride our bikes, fish and just get away from the craziness of our life at home.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We love the fact that our home is 3 blocks from the city bus that will take you to the Gondola or downtown. We are also two blocks from the bike path that will take you to the Yampa River and the downtown area. My favorite part of our home is just waking up, opening the curtains, walking out on the deck and seeing beautiful Mt Werner. A great start to the day!
