You may choose to leave your car parked and ride the 50 cent Trolley North to "lively" Times Square with all of it's attractions. Or, go South to Lover’s Key or Bonita Springs. A formidable array of Outlet Store Shopping is also found nearby.
Fort Myers Airport, Fort Myers, Sanibel and Naples are all less than a short 30 minute drive away.

My in-laws stayed in this condo and it was perfect! (We stayed across the street in the 2 bedroom condo.) The pictures are true to what are posted. The property is well maintained and spotless. Kitchen was adequately supplied with dishes and cooking utensils. The porch area was nice to drink coffee in the morning and view the sunset in the evening. The beach is only steps away and the location is just far enough away from the night life, but easy enough to ride the trolly to get to Times Square. Publix is just down the road as well as movie theatre. Plenty of things to do or just enjoy the sunshine and sand between your toes. In our opinion this was a great value for their money. They can't wait to return!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

This place is just as pictured; beautifully decorated and super clean. We stayed 2 wks. and did not want to leave! This was a wonderful relaxing vacation and we would reccomend staying here to anyone wanting a great deal in a super location. The property manager is also very helpful and pleasant. Just an overall excellent experience-would do it again in a heart-beat.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

Wonderfully decorated interior. Had a fabulous time on the beach. Excellent Happy Hour prices at the Fish House for drinks, fresh oysters, shrimp, etc. Outstanding sunsets. Why Other Fort Myers Beach Properties:
We have been visiting these Beach Bungalows on Fort Myers Beach for over 25 years... as young lovers ... newlyweds... with our two little boys... and now, as soon to be "empty nesters". We look forward to the day when we will swim, play, laugh and enjoy the same beach with grandchildren. The Sunsets continue to blaze as some of the most striking and beautiful anywhere. The days are filled with fun activities or peaceful relaxation.
What first attracted us here was the moderate prices and the proximity to the ocean. We soon discovered what a special place it is. Nature abounds on the Shore, in the Ocean & Bay Waters, and in the Sky during all seasons. People are delighted to be here in groups, couples or by themselves.
When the opportunity arose to buy one of these units a few years ago, we jumped at the chance.
Our hopes are that we will continue to visit here for a long time to come.

Our place is within a 3 hour drive of most South Florida Cities and only 30 minutes from Fort Myers Airport. The Mid-island Location offers "minutes away" proximity to lively parties to the North; natural, pristine State Parks to the South... and everything in between.
The Town of Fort Myers Beach is as special as it's proprietors, residents and visitors.
On any morning Beach Walk you can "meet friends you did not know you had" from all over the US and abroad.
I particularly enjoy riding a bicycle on the shore and on bike friendly paths. Days can be filled with vigorous activities including a myriad of watersports and/or "laying back" with a good book. There are plenty of Family Fun Things to Do such as: Nature Parks, Museums, The Pier, The Water Park, Miniature Golf and much more on the island or close by.
Sunsets and a favorite beverage are an island ritual with dinner at your place or at one of the many restaurants. Later, oportunities abound to "Trip the Light Fantastic" with live music at Local Pubs .
Our Cottage elicits a feeling in you, that it is your own special place to thoroughly enjoy and be happy.
We do our best to make our visitors feel welcomed and treated deservedly well.
