Tastefully decorated, cozy and inviting, this log cabin is nestled in the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. Savor the quiet on the 11 foot wide covered porch and gaze at the mountains and the stars, and forget your life "down the mountain"!

This charming log home is warmed by the pine walls, floors and ceilings. A "tree" holding the loft testifies to the quality and care of the construction. There are two bedrooms on the first level: in the master bedroom is a queen size bed, a private bath with shower, and French doors leading to the porch. The second bedroom on the main level has a double bed. The bathroom in the hall is comfortable. It features a jetted tub as well as a shower. The hall has a washer/dryer for your use.

The main living area contains a living room with a satellite TV, DVD, and VCR combination. There are several VCR tapes and DVDs available for your use (all suitable for every age). The seating is comfortably arranged around the gas log fireplace and faces the French doors leading to the 30 x 11 foot wide covered porch. The dining area is steps away from a fully equipped kitchen. Eat inside at the dining room table or on the porch at either the six sided picnic table or in the rockers and enjoy the birds, the sunset, the mountain air!

The loft contains a queen size bed and a table and 4 chairs for children to have their own special place to gather and play games. This cabin is so unique you'll never want to leave! Perched on top of a mountain, you can see for miles and you'll find the lure of the area hard to resist.
