  The condo was perfect for our ski vacation. It is even better than the pictures portray. It is very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. In particular, the shower and towels are great! The bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped, and the owners were very interested in making sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this condo for a couple. Skiing is very convenient as slope access is a short walk across the street. Great choice!

  We had a great stay at the condo and found it to be very comfortable and met our needs. Access to the slopes is great as you just cross the road and you are on a run. Would suggest to anyone to stay.

  This couldn't have been a better birthday vacation for my husband, we are already talking about a return trip. Thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful condo. The location and convenience to both the slopes and to town were perfect, we will definitely be back!!

  My first time in Breck! Within 15 minutes of arriving and settling in, my fiance and I took a short 10 minute walk downtown for dinner and enjoyed the sights. What an amazing place, waking up to the beautiful views of the mountains and downtown. We enjoyed hiking up the trails within 40 yds of the back door of the condo. Too warm out to enjoy the hot tub after our long hike, but a glass of wine on the back patio watching the sun go down was just as nice. The condo is very clean and cozy, not the newest but all we needed for a romantic get away for a great price. We plan to go back again this winter to ski. Lift to the slopes is just 100' down the hill. I can't wait to see the new renovations.

  This property was perfect for us! We were just there for a getaway, but it was ideal because not only did we have privacy with very few neighbors and an amazing view of the mountains, but we could go right out the back sliding door and walk just about 200 yards to a hiking trail. We noticed the ski lift was just another couple hundred yards too. The short walk to downtown Breckenridge was the best part, and we felt very safe even at night. The property was clean, comfortable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

  We stayed at the condo with our kids for 1 night at the beginning of September and absolutely loved it! The view from the back overlooks the town and is beautiful. There is a lovely grassy area that was perfect for the kids to play outdoors. The bathroom in the condo has a lot of counterspace and plenty of room to spread out. The condo is within walking distance of the town, while at the same time being in a quiet and peaceful spot. The bedroom is spacious and the pullout sofa in the living room is very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We'd highy recommend staying there and would definitely stay there again.
