About: Shawn, the owner, and Evelyn, the property manager, teamed up to set up this vacation rental for you.
Evelyn is a REALTOR and property manager in Tucson AZ. Vacation home property management is one of her specialties because she revels in providing 'old fashioned customer service with new fangled tools.' That means you will receive courteous and prompt attention from your first inquiry through your departure and return stays.
Like you, when she travels, Evelyn enjoys staying in vacation home rentals too. For that reason she has the 'Evelyn standard,' which means you will have no trace from the prior guest(s), beds are made the same way with hospital corners and plenty of pillows, matching sets of sheets/towels/furniture/kitchenware, and well equipped (or stocked) homes. As items show wear or break they get replaced and/or fixed immediately; like that the vacation homes she manages are always in tip-top shape.
When you rent from Evelyn, you'll have a super clean, very comfortable, and well coordinated house to call home for the duration of your stay!
Why Downtown: Shawn's father owned the property before him and is responsible for the rich woodwork, stained glass windows, and abundance of details. In the time he's owned it, Shawn continued his father's work and created the private oasis it is now so that you may fill it with more happy memories.
The Unique Benefits at this House: This home is an adobe home a classic southwestern building material that is rarely used nowadays. A 'truth' window in the house shows the adobe brick wall.
Each room can be set to its own temperature to satisfy everyone preferred temperature.
The downtown location is perfect for the health conscious. Walkers, runners, and cyclists can step out the door and go in any direction. Hikers, trail runners, or mountain bikers are a 10 minute drive from the nearest trailhead!
