This unit was just re-decorated in a delightful design with a great emphasis on your comfort and relaxation while you sit and enjoy the beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. This unit is located in a quiet section at the south end of Myrtle Beach yet minutes away from everything. You can sit on the outside patio deck down stairs surrounded by beautiful palm trees and the swimming pool or the comfort of your balcony. All of these locations will allow you to relax and enjoy the view.

Sun N Sand Resort is an Oceanfront Hotel with 224 Well-appointed Guest room units, all with microwave, and bathrooms with granite countertops. All floors have enclosed hallways. All rooms feature: Coffee Makers,Hair Dryers, Iron and ironing board, High Speed wireless internet Access, Electronic Card door entry system, Flat Panel TV's.
Our business center offers: 6200 square feet of meeting space to include 2 board rooms, four rooms with fabulous oceanfront views and 3 large rooms that create the Grand Ballroom.

This rental is very beautiful and comfy. The unit was very clean and nicely updated. The view of the sunrise and sunset from the balcony was gorgeous. The balcony furniture was very nice for enjoying the evenings sitting on the balcony and listening to the DJ below. Resort staff was very friendly and courteous. Owner is exceptional in maintaining contact through email or telephone. Lastly the resort is in a great location. Far enough away from the main strip for peace and quiet, yet close enough to great food and shopping. Will definitely check into renting this unit again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Everything was as advertised but better in person. Everyone had southern hospitality and property was clean and maintained throughout the week. Highly recommend for couples or individual. Couldn't get enough of the view from the balcony from sunrise to lights out.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

The room was exactly as advertised. Lots of little extras make it better than a standard room (Real coffee maker, full refrigerator, microwave, are all nice extras usually only found in condos). It was clean, roomy, and the staff was very nice. We will definitely check on availability of this one when we return.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

The property was exactly as described on the site. The room was very clean and recently updated. The balcony is small but very nice with new furniture. The chairs were tall which was a nice touch so that you are not looking thru the railings. The onsite restaurant is great....really good food. Owner was very easy to deal with; I had a couple questions and he called me right away. If you're looking for relaxation on the quieter end of Myrtle Beach I would highly recommend this listing.Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

This rental far exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and had a lot of little extras that were not expected, but were appreciated. The oceanfront balcony was awesome and the furniture was very nice. The owner was friendly and informative over the phone. We plan on going back in October on our way to Florida and I hope to rent here again. I would recommend this rental.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

The room was very nice, along with the balcony to the ocean. I had no issues over the month I was there.The hotel in general seemed to have a few years on it, as usual in Myrtle. It was receiving new paint and carpet in halls. The Market Commons was close by, a new development inland with shops and dining.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Owner response: We are also excited about the renovations and love the direct oceanfront balcony too! The Market Common is a favorite place for us to eat and shop too.
