Easy access to the boat dock and lake. Ample parking for cars, boat trailers, etc. Ten minutes to the racetrack and downtown Hot Springs. Wireless internet provided with home. Guest house, just across the street from the main home, was recently renovated. It has 3 bedrooms ( 1 king and 2 queen) and 2 bathrooms

The house looks great in the pictures, but once we got there we noticed a few things were off. There were handles that were broken and missing in the kitchen and a few dead bugs. No big deal-the rest of the house seemed clean. We then found a family of raccoons are living in the roof. They were not afraid of peeking out at us while we were outside on the patios so I'm guessing they have been there a while. We could hear them running in the roof-not relaxing. We called the owner but he didn't come by while we were there...The location was nice and there was a boat rental place close by. The lake was very clean and quiet. There was plenty of space for everyone.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

Great Vacation Spot. Really enjoyed the convienience of the house. Great location for shopping and entertainment. House was very clean and spacious.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Several of our homes were purchased or built with the intent to be our retirement home. Time will tell which one we will live in when we move to Hot Springs.
