Why the Owner Chose Kona Palisades: The opportunity came up for my parents to purchase this beautiful property in Kona. It only made sense for us to vacation rent and for me to take care of the home and its guests while they plan out their retirement in the future. The area reminds us of our neighborhood in the East Coast where my childhood house is, which is also the house my father grew up in.
