  Perfect for our stay. The location is beautiful. Great location, easy access to all entertainment. This condo is right on the beach with beachfront view. Parking is right across the street and safe. The unit is well organized and very clean. Bathrooms are large with clean white towels and all necessities. Each room with their own TV sets was a plus. Clean sheets and additional blankets. Washer and dryer meant we went back with clean clothes. We also had wireless which was needed because my daughter had to work. Bring stuff to cook out because there is a gas grill on the balcony. Spend your evenings on the balcony facing the sea, listening to the sound of the ocean , sipping drinks and nibbling on food cooked on the grill ! AGHH!! Perfect.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

  The condo was just as described in the add. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortably accomodated our party of 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 tweens. We cooked 3 nights and everything we needed was in the condo. The view from the balcony was breath taking (not to mention the sunsets)! We saw sting rays swimming along the waters edge and dolphins swimming and jumping through the waves. Check-in was quick and easy and the staff was very nice and helpful. Our girls made good use of the unlimited DVD rentals in the lobby as well as the sand buckets. The list of items in the bunk room closet did list that there were 2 beach chairs, but there was only one on our arrival. The pool and hot tub were great to have just steps from the beach. We did not use the beach chair service, as we brought our own chairs, but several people we met used them everyday and they were always set up. We especially liked the poolside cafe and ate lunch and had drinks there several times while lounging by the pool. Pier Park is just down the road and we made use of the seafood market just around the corner. We would definitely recommend this property and would definitely consider it for our next trip to PCB! Thanks for a great week!

  We were very pleased with this rental. The listing does not do it justice. It is big, especially the deck and bathrooms. The deco. is classy. It was very clean, except for the grill, which was not clean at all. The beds were very comfortable. The t.v.'s in each room were outstanding, especially the Samsung in the Living Room. The free DVD rental in the lobby was really cool. It had new releases you actually wanted to see and the machine was easy to operate. The 2nd and 3rd BR t.v.s both have dvd players built right in - easy. BTW - the bunk room is small, but does have a door, which is nice for sleeping kids. The washer and dryer worked fine. There was one box of detergent provided. Gilchrist and Soames toiletries were provided in the bathrooms. The towels were pretty scratchy though. It was great that there was a float and 2 beach chairs for use on the beach.

  Just have to say THANK YOU for sharing your home with us.This was one of the best vacations in Panama City. The unit is very clean, beautiful, and large enough for everything and everyone. We come to the beach two or three times a year. I will sure love to stay here again. The owner was so sweet, the staff at Sterling Breeze is very friendly and helpful. May God continue to bless each of you. Thanks again for making our family vacation a GREAT ONE !!!!!!!!!!

  How nice to stay in a newer unit that has modern fixtures and comfortable beds! We had a very nice time staying in this particular unit because the furnishings and amenities were luxurious. The unit was very clean and looked new. Nothing beats the ocean view we had from our large patio. Great fitness center too for those of us who don't run on the beach. We wil be back.
