We really enjoyed our family vacation at this great location. Skied, golfed and swam. The only reason for not being rated excellent was the difficulty the men had in sleeping on the framed double bed of the bunks. Definitely not made for big guys. The amenities provided are terrific and we enjoyed watching movies in the evening from a super selection. Thank you Sue.

This rental has it all with a home away from home experience. Lots of room for entertaining family members both upstairs and downstairs. Our kids and their cousin enjoyed the board games, movie library for kids and video game machine. The best was having breakfast while the deer casually sauntered through the back yard property. Everything you need is minutes away...groceries, alcohol, skiing, golfing, outdoor hot pools, gas station. The Husbands are a delight to do business with and very professional, offering exactly what they advertise and always available to help with any questions that may arise during our stay. We highly recommend this rental and will be back for future stays. You won't be disappointed!

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We started our Fairmont golf retreat 3 years ago and will continue to come back again and again. Remarkably clean property with attentive owners a fast email or call away. I won't look anywhere else.

Another Memorable Martiuk Vacation!

Once again our family spent 2 weeks at your home and our home away from home this summer. I've lost count, but I think we have been spending probably the last 10 summers here. This year was fantastic once again. We had a great time this year and miss it already. It's always nice to walk into the house the first day you get there and feel right at home. Thank you again for providing us with a place to share old memories and a place to create new ones. Can't wait to go back!

Great Week

We rented this proerty the last week of June. What a terrific stay we had. The house really comes complete with everything you can think of. From all you need to create some gourmet meals to the pool table & games room. The yard and location are great. Close to all the golfing and great views fron the deck. Sue was excellent to deal with and I would certainly stay again.

We so much enjoyed the use of your home for our annual golf trip to the Columbia Valley. The central location is great, with so many courses within an hour or so drive. From the creek rushing beside the house to relaxing in the hot tub or sitting on the expansive deck, you have it all to enjoy! Thanks so much for helping to make our trip a success!!

Thanks Kurt and Sue! You have gone beyond expectations. We will be back again. There is something for everyone here. the yard is a park in itself. We even watched the deer in the front yard. The house was wonderful, the hot tub and sauna were really appreciated, everything about the house and the property allowed for plenty of room for everyone. It would be helpful to include more specific directions on where to take garbage and recyclables. For people who are unfamiliar with the area - this is important!

Our family enjoyed our stay at your vacation property. The accomodations are excellent and there are plenty of activities in the area to keep everyone occupied and happy. We stayed at the house from July 18-25th and had a great time. The pool table and arcade game got plenty of use and the yard/deck was perfect for lounging and relaxing. The hot tub was also a great bonus and worked wonders for those of us who took too many golf swings! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks again, Sue and Kurt!

We stayed at the Husband's home in May and had a fabulous time. The games room and downstairs bedrooms were perfect for the teenagers and the adults had upstairs to themselves. The hot tub was a hit and the yard was perfect for bocci ball. We'll definitely be back.

In May for the last 5 years we have booked a stay at the Husband's Vacation House in Fairmont. It has been a great fit for our group of 10 who play several rounds of golf at the many courses near by. The house was very clean and more than spacious. Our group of guys had a great time utilizing the hot tub, pool table and back yard for bocce. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone wanting a family/friends getaway or a guys/girls weekend. Thank you Sue and Kurt for the stay and we hope to be back next year.

we had a perfect time at your house in fairmont. everything was perfect. from the weather to the golf courses to the size of the house. the pool table, the hot tub, and the arcade game were a perfect touch. it felt like home. the satelite tv was a nice touch to relax in the evenings. i will definately be back for a future rental

Our family enjoyed staying at Husband's Vacation home. Everything was clean, well organized - complete with supplies. We found this home suitable for all ages of our family (seniors to a baby) that was holidaying with us. Although we only spent three nights at the vacation home, they were enjoyable & comfortable. The owners were very helpful in answering our questions & concerns - Sue even phoned us just before we left to see if everying had gone well. We certainly would recommend this vacation home to others & if the occasion arose we definitely would return for another holiday. Thank you very much to the owners.

We had a great holiday at your cabin.The weather was Perfect as were the accomadations.When we arrived,we were all very excited that we got to stay there a whole week.The cabin was even nicer than we were expecting.We had three families in our group,Six adults and six children.Everyone fit well in the space and we all found a favorite place we liked to spend our time.The younger kids enjoyed the arcade game,the beautiful backyard ande the hot tub. The teenagers enjoyed the big screen TV to play their Xbox,the hot tub and hiking back and forth from the hot springs. The adults enjoyed the fact the kids were keeping themselves busy! The Whole experience was great. We would all for sure book your cabin again, thanks for everything.

January 3/06 - We spent ten relaxing and enjoyable days at this home. What a surprise upon our arrival to find the house all lit up with Christmas lights making us think that we were at the wrong address. Thank you Kurt and Sue for making our holiday stay so comfortable. The hot tub was great and used daily. We enjoyed a day skiing, a vist to a natural hot springs and walks up to Fairmont hot springs on the marked trails. My daugther and I were sad to leave the tranquilty and return to the busy city life. Even the dog was very content and at home. It was a wonderful holiday with other family members who also stayed in the area. What a lovely way to spend Christmas! Thank you Kurt and Sue for sharing your home.

We have just stayed at this property for a week.....very functional house for 8 adults, 4 children and 2 dogs...beautiful yard....close to everything...we had a great 40th anniversary with our kids and grandkids...would do it again in a heartbeat....weather cooperated as well...26-33 degrees the whole week....thanks Kurt and Sue for sharing your home with us.....Marg
