  there was work being done on the outside of the condo and the noise for 3 days was terrible. we could not use the balcony. they sould of let us know sooner so we may have been able to find some where else to stay. we were given a small discount but it wasn't enough for the inconvienence. the tub in the master bathroom leaked as well as the sink in the masterbath room. they advertised a washer and dryer but failed to say it was at the end of the hall. we were very disappointed with the overall experience.

  This place was good but this review is mostly about Janet, the agent who had this listing. When we arrived at the condo we slept there that night but in the morning they were doing construction and it was loud and the windows had to be closed to keep the dust out. We called Janet and told her about it and she was very helpful quickly finding another condo unit for us (at the Marenas, which was very nice!). As concerns the place, the bedrooms are large and the bathrooms nice. It is not as high end but comfortable (looks more high end in the photos but pretty close to as advertised). It is close to the beach, you just have to cross Collins avenue (and there is a traffic light, so no worries). Beach is in front is where the Marco Polo is. The parking is behind the building (there are 3 buildings in the complex) in a large multi-level parking area (make sure you know which one ahead of time as it will save you time in finding your spot). There is 24 hr congierge at the front and they are very helpful. This place is reasonably priced and good for a family that does not mind walking to the beach. Location is close to Adventura Mall, Publix, etc. The place is quiet but lit up and feels safe to walk around at night as there is much security.

  We actually stayed in different unit because according to the agent the one we booked had toilet remodeling being done. The unit we stayed in was bigger so no problems there. We had a nice stay in a well maintained unit. However, rental agent gets low marks. She did not answer her emails promptly (sometimes it took several days), on arrival did not meet us at the property so we had to figure out how to get into the development and apartment and figure out where to park and what are various keys are for. When we finally agreed on the time to meet she was late and demanded payment in cash even though that was not stipulated in the contract and I specifically asked in email about the preferred form of final payment, but the email went unanswered. On a third day we discovered that someone was in the apartment while we were absent. Apparently it was cable service man with an owner. They changed internet password and installed new cable TV but did not bother to tell us anything until we called. This is completely unacceptable.

  I stayed at this apartment with my husband and my 3 kids ages 7, 10 and 15 and my brother-in-law. The place was spacious and fully equiptment for a family and even singles. The kitchen is stocked with lots of pots, dishes, silverware. The bedrooms are spacious and there was a Beautiful view of the Atlantic ocean from all rooms, and it was only 2 minute walk to the beach. I would absolutely come back.

  It's not the first time I stay in this apartment and it's always a good experience. Comfortable, well located and clean.

  This apartment is a great, peacefull retreat. It's right on Sunny Isles Beach,This modern place has comfortable bedrooms , nice bathrooms, and a full kitchen.The owner is very helpfull, and every process of the rental was amazingingly simple. I would come back next year. Thank you for the beach chairs!

  We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this apartment in Sunny Isles. I would highly recommend it to anyone. We loved the beach in this area, and also the neighborhood. It is easy access to all the major sights of Miami and there are many good restaurants within walking distance as well as markets. We would cook breakfast every morning in the wonderful kitchen. The reason we decided to stay in a condo was we had 4 people and we wanted to be able to relax and an apartment was better than two hotelrooms... This apartment far exceeded our expectations!Thanks again for letting us stay there!

  My wife and I stayed at This Sunny Isles Condo for 2 weeks in July 2010. I have traveled frequently to the Bahamas and Caribbean but wanted an 'easy to get to' few nights away to a pretty beach. I debated between Sunny Isles and the Breakers in west palm. This Condo exceeded my expectations by far. The room was gorgeous and spacious. The beach was beautiful, water crystal clear and calm, and food delicious. In addition, Josh is a great person and he hooked me up big time. I can't say enough nice things about our whole experience. Worth EVERY penny!
