The condo was very spacious and we would definitely recommend this unit for your vacation. The tiki bar and firepit by the pool are great! Justin was very accomodating with the reservations. He went above and beyond to make certain we were satisifed with the unit.

The condo was perfect for our stay. We had 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for us all. The tiki bar downstairs was nice. We ate at Ocean Grille and Danny's Sly Fox, both of which were within walking distance of the condo. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area. Thanks Justin. Jason

I returned from my stay at this condo on 11/17/10 and must say that it was everything we expected and more. I would definately recommend renting this condo. Dealing with Justin was a pleasure, he was helpful and checked in with us several times to see if our room was OK. The rooms were large, comfortable and well maintained. It has a nice glass enclosed balcony which was great for relaxing. The Ocean Manor facility was very nice and right on the beach. They had a beautiful pool and a large tiki bar which was a lot of fun and had good food. You could hang at the pool, tiki bar or just walk a few steps to the beach. The location of the property was also convenient. It is on Galt Ocean Drive which is not in the heart ot the downtown Fort Lauderdale scene but within a few minutes drive. There were several good restrauants and bars within walking distance. There was also a Winn-Dixie and CVS a couple of blocks away.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

we are back from a very great vacations. we use to stay in an appartment very close to this one every time we go to florida, and we were searching for something alike. it was the right choice! very confortable place to stay, with pool and beach, great for a relaxing and leisure vacation! justin was great with us, everything was as he told us! i will recomended and go again!

The location of the property is great there are a Win Dixie and a CVS very near. The beach is very nice and you can eat or have a drink at the Tiki bar. Justin helped us with all our needs and the unit was very clean and comfortable. We had a great time thanks Justin!

Nosotros llegamos aqui con mi esposa y nos parecio un lugar bello y confortable, de excelentes instalaciones y de una maravillosa vista al mar. El edificio es moderno , seguro y cuenta con ascensor para cuando se necesite.El interior del departamento es moderno y elegante , ademas de estar totalmente amoblado.Durante estos dias pasamos unas vacaciones inolvidables, llenas de magia y alegria porque estuvimos en la playa todo el dia y en la tarde pudimos disfrutar de un hermoso atardecer en la terraza del departamento tomando un buen vino y comiendo una buena comida.Jamas olvidare esta vacaciones ....fuero hermosas e inolvidables.

My husband and I stayed here in May and it is exactly what we were looking for! The pool was great, we were there every day all day! The location was perfect, quiet, but not too far to walk to local attractions/stores plus it's right on the ocean! We can't wait to go back, we'd leave tomorrow if we could. My wife and I, along with our 14 month old baby girl, have just returned from staying in this unit. The Unit itself is quite beautiful and very spacious. the resort/condo is a great venue, and the Tiki Bar, the pool and the steps from the beach were amazing amenties to have. We had a great stay. The location is perfect - not only on the beach, but easy access to the major highways, grocery stores etc. Justin was great to work with, responded quickly to all questions in advance and seemed really interested in our having a great time.

Justin, I want to thank you for the rental of the Ocean Manor Condo. My wife and our 2 young daughters loved the condo and it's location. The unit was clean, and has large rooms which we needed because we had lot's of stuff and luggage with us. We enjoyed the big flat screen TV in each room. The condo staff were very friendly and you were a pleasure to deal with. I think we will be back next year. Jean Cloutier

My stay at the condo was nice. I was there with my husband and 4 kids ages 21,16, 12 and 18mths. I was a little nervous based on what Ive read about the condo complex itself reguarding the outside bar. We saw no problems at all outside the pool area and bar and beach. It was all very nice. The complex can use some updating and new paint but its not that bad. The unit itself was clean and very spacious. justin was especially great because the week we went to Florida it was freezing and the heat was not on in the complex so he went out right after I called him and told him we were cold, and bought heaters which worked out great. The location was great too we didnt have to take the car out for much because stores and fast foods were right there across the street. Thanks again Justin.

We had a great time here and enjoyed the vicinity to the beach and the surrounding areas. The view was stunning and the pool area is great and well maintained. The unit was clean and offered all amenities. Will definitely go back - looking forward to it.

I would not hesitate to recommend the unit to anyone or to rent it again. Please keep us updated on your units in the future. It was a very memorable time for myself and family. My 13 month old granddaughter was totally enthralled by the entire experience...being able to wonder from room to room; she was quite impressed that she could go from bedroom to balcony and then from balcony to den. Not to mention her first exposure to the beach. This was an extremely special time for all of us. Her daddy (my son in law) will be deploying for a 2nd time to Iraq in the fall and my son just completed his Naval training and is awaiting orders. The wonderful accomodations allowed us to share precious time together under one roof. Hopefully we can redo this same trip when we have all our our service members back home again! Thanks again for your service. It was a very enjoyable trip and a pleasure doing business with you. Kathy

Pictures were taken awhile ago when the place was fresher - defintely needs TLC. Provided extensive feedback to owner who said things would be fixed. The best thing is that the building is right on the beach, Nice pool too.

The pictures are very accurate. Bring extra pillow and blankets. Paint peeling a little in the bathrooms, kitchen utensils were a little sketchy so we did mostly eating out, found a broken chair in the closet. Right on the beach. Grocery store walking distance although they do not sell hard liquor. The water taxi is a far walking distance or a $5 cab ride. About a $30 cab ride from the airport and $25-30 dollar cab ride to downtown. Bus stops right across the street from the condo. Not many resturants in walking distance. We did not rent a car but getting around would have been much easier if we would have. Lots of older people but what can you expect in Florida. Better for families not so much for partiers. Some hotel employees were great, some did not even pay attention. The manager really trys to help you out with anything. Justin responds to emails, questions and phone calls in a timely manner. I would recommend this property to friends.

The building was very old and in need of new furnishings and better care of the elevators which kept breaking down. The condo unit was very roomy. However, had not been cleaned properly. AT least one of the beds had not been changed ( we found a used bandaid in it). The couches were very stained and uncomfortable. The shower head came down in 1 of the bathrooms. The kitchen area was very old and there was hair in the cutlery draws. I had to put everything in the dishwasher which the soap dispenser wasnt working properly. The hallways of the building smelled very badly We found 2 black roaches and ants in the room. We were given a very limited supply of hand towels and wash clothes. and werent eligible to get any from housekeeping. The balcony was very nice and enclosed (on the 5th floor thats safe) The owner was very prompt on returning calls and the security deposit.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, pet owners.

Owner response: I have spoken with cleaning crews- and they deny this post. i have 2 crews and monitor their efforts. i am curious why guest never mentioned any of this during the week- i would have gone to unit, verified, fired current help and had cleaned properly. cleaning crew spends 3-4 hours this is upsetting to me because i feel like this post was done behind my back- none of these issues were brought to my attention except the need for smaller wash cloths. 15 towels and 6 wash cloths were provided for a family of 4. it is my intention to provide a extremely clean unit and accomodate guests. I believe that at any time in the year i can ask current and recent guests to contact you and personally provide their feedback negating this post. thank you

Fun Bachelorette Party Experience

The resort was great for what we wanted for our bachelorette party. We could hang by the beach or at the pool all day, and during the brief raining spells we just hung at the tiki bar or back in the room. The great kitchen and dining space allowed us to save money by eating/drinking in once in awhile (grocery store was within walking distance). The manager of the resort took amazing care of us, hooking us up with other club/restaurant managers, getting us VIP access, and free drinks. The cab drivers were always helpful recommending spots for dinner and clubbing (our favorite ended up being the Blue Martini), but we always came back to the tiki bar to finish off our night. Only complaint would be that the pool was pretty slimy.

We are a family of 6 with kids ages 20, 18, 5 and 3. We stayed inJustin's unit 511 in the Ocean Manor Resort from 2/22/08 to 2/28/08.I talked to Justin before we reserved the condo and he managed ourexpectations very well. The main attraction for us was the closeproximity to the ocean and the heated pool. We knew the hotel wasold, but it was functional. Justin's unit was nicer than we expected. The hotel pool was large and the water was clean and warm. WinnDixie was 2 blocks away and we walked to numerous restaurants directlyfrom the hotel. We liked the free (ignore the $5 fee sign) selfparking across the street rather than using the hotel's valet parking.We had a nice relaxing vacation and would stay there again.
