Location: EastWind, New Smyrna Beach, Florida Central East, Florida, USA (1 hr to Disney; 25 min to Daytona; 30 min to Cape Canaveral)

Accommodations:  Villa, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 1.5 Baths (Sleeps 3-6)

Open and airy with lots of glass walls, beautifully decorated, completely furnish, and tile throughout. Large, clean unit accommodates 2 to 6 people comfortably. Downstairs is perfect for a second couple or for children to have their own 'space'. Computer with digital high-speed Internet plus a Wireless encrypted network for laptops.

Privately owned small complex with less than a 2-minute walk to the beach. Quiet laid back atmosphere. Short convenient walk or drive to all the restaurants and shopping in the area. On site owner.

PETS: Two well-behaved, quiet pets are welcome in all our villas. There are no weight restrictions on dogs.

PARKING is in our private lot with security lighting. Park right outside your door. We even have a car wash pad.

SMOKING is allowed on our covered balconies and in our courtyards. There is no smoking allowed inside our villas.

Our complex is located at 2300 S. Atlantic Ave. on the corner of 13th. and Atlantic Avenues. We are centrally located and convenient to all the shopping and restaurants.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: Sleeps up to six people. Queen bed in master, double sleeper sofa in living area...Queen bed in downstairs bedroom.

ADDITIONAL RENT INFORMATION: Rates are per night (2 night minimum), weekly or monthly (rates below along with an up to date availibility calendar). Special events and holiday weeks priced separately. Add 12.5% Resort Tax. Plus $100.00 Cleaning Fee and $200.00 Reservation/Security Deposit $300 deposit when bringing a pet. Check-in is after 3 PM; checkout is before 10 AM. Early check in/late checkout if no bookings before/after you.

CLOSE ATTRACTIONS: A short, convenient drive to all the restaurants and shopping in the area. Close enough to all the Central Florida parks and sights to see any one of them as a comfortable day trip. Drive to Disney for the day, St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, Canaveral National Seashore (at your back door), Bok Tower, Turtle Mound, Silver Springs, Daytona Speedway (half hour), a variety of great golf courses, plus another endless number of things to fill your leisure hours. And don’t forget the beach just a few short steps away.
