  A lovely tennis villa in a serene setting amid giant live oak trees among smaller palms. Two bikes provided, a beautiful screened porch. Close to pool and tennis, although you can't see or hear them from the villa! Comfortable and roomy great room, kitchen, and master bedroom, and another full bath. So many amenities and great dining available. Thanks again!

  Before our visit to this beautiful tennis villa, I read the reviews and looked at the photos. I thought could it really be as wonderful as it seemed? YES! It more than lived up to our expectations. The unit is spacious, immaculately clean, beautifully appointed and stocked with everything you might need. We loved having the bikes to ride and easy on-site laundry. The condo sits in the center of a lush yard that makes sitting on the lanai a perfect refuge to read, eat a meal or just relax. We loved having lunch at the Beach Club overlooking the ocean and listening to the surf. I can't imagine a better location at Sea Oaks, just steps from a pool and hot tub and just a quick walk across the road to the beach. We enjoyed walks on the beach, the famous Jungle Trail or just wandering the different neighborhoods of Sea Oaks. What a beautiful property! The Vero Beach area was a joy to explore from restaurants & shopping to art galleries and the Pelican Island Wildlife Refuge. We only scratched the surface of what Vero has to offer Most importantly, Kathy & Dino are perfect host/owners. They are so proud of their property and eager to share it with you. They are very accomodating in every way, answering each question with great advice and suggestions. Our week was terrific and we highly recommend it to you.

  We had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay in Sea Oaks after we were delayed from our trip 2 times due to Hurricane Sandy up in New York. Kathy and Dino our fellow New Yorkers worked with us through it all!! The property is just beautiful surrounded by what looks like a botanical garden!! The Condo is spotless and has a great Lanai that we used often surrounded by peace and quiet. The pool is literally steps away from the unit though a path out of the lanai. The tennis courts are to the right of the pool. The pool across the street at the ocean is amazing and the view is spectacular. We will be back many times I am sure:)

  Beautiful, private condo with lots of space. The lanai/covered porch is is a great place to unwind and stare out at the well manicured trees and other growth. And during off-season the price is very close to what one would pay to stay at a no-frills hotel/motel!!! Yet this unit has everything except the actual food. Beautiful kitchen and living room fully appointed. Plenty of beach items (chairs, boogie boards, etc.) can be found in the bedroom closet along with 2 nice bikes out on the porch. It would be nice to be able to rent by the day rather than by the week but that may be a community rule. One thing - while the listing mentions a library of DVD's, unless they were hidden, I only noticed one or two titles. Not a big deal unless you plan on spending the entire vacation inside. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who would listen. The Owners are a pleasure to rent from and did everything in their power to make the place comfortable while also being attentive to any concerns that came up. They are classy people. Anytime I end up in Vero Beach from now on, this will be the place to stay.

  This tennis villa had all the comforts of home, plus the peaceful quiet my family needed during our two week stay. The owners were so helpful and prompt in all communications. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

  We have stayed at many VRBO type of places over the years. With few exceptions, we've come to expect plastic everything, over used, and under cleaned appliances and utencils, etc. Imagine our surprise when we discovered REAL matching plates and dishware! All the glasses, actually were glasses, and they all matched, too! The egg poacher was to die for! There was nothing the kitchen lacked. The condo was spotless, very well appointed, and the location could not be beat. We were literally steps away from the pool and grill for our little area, and walking to it was on a path that was under an umbrella of palms with just the right amount of sunshine peeking through. The well-maintained tennis courts were right next to the pool. Breakfast on the screened porch was delightful. When we decided on beach time, we easily walked across the street---little to no traffic---to the beautiful beach club. Our choice was to use the pool and lounge chairs there, or take the flight of steps down to the ocean....sometimes we did both! The Disney Resort is right down the road and opened to the public. Very nice facility and it has a couple of restaurants and a spa for pampering if you don't want to do your own cooking or need a pedicure. The cost for the week was cheaper per night than what our relatives paid to stay in a hotel (we were there for a wedding, and mini vacation). This was off-season so the units were on 25% occupied. It was very quiet. Club staff were friendly and helpful. The cost of "refreshments" at the beach club was a bit pricey, so be aware of that. Plus, no cash or credit cards allowed at the club, so it is billed to the unit. Two friends came by and were in awe of the place. Great shopping, lots to do. Vero Beach and this little condo are our new favorite places. It was a refreshing break from reality!

  We could not have been happier with our experience !! The owners have thought of all your needs right down to beach essentials.The unit was perfect and loved the screened in porch we enjoyed having breakfast every morning out there. The hardest decision was whether to go to the beach or one of the pools which was by our back door. The Ocean Grill was really a nice place to dine as well as Mulligan's in Sebastian by the waterway. The sandwich's at the tennis club were great too!! Weather was in the 80's everyday !! I also have to add the staff at Sea Oaks were very friendly and helpful, would highly recommend this rental , Kathy and Dino were great to deal with in every way thanks again to the both of you : ) Betsy and John

  We both enjoyed our stay at your tennis villa. This was an opportunity for two brothers to get away, bond, and enjoy all that Sea Oaks has to offer. Since we are both N.Y. Mets fans we visited Spring training at Port St. Lucie which was an easy drive from Vero Beach. Your unit was very nicely furnished and offered us some great "down time" from all of our activities. As you advertised, your location is steps from the ocean, beautiful pools, and some nice tennis courts. We plan to return but next time with our wives. They will love it here!
