The PRINCESS CHATEAU is located in the gated community of Acadia Estates, just two miles from Disney World. The interior decorators have spared no expense in making sure your vacation adventure will be one to remember. It is professionally decorated with high-end furniture and two big screen TV's a 48" in a spacious living room and a 54" in the game room. If you choose to cook the kitchen is every chef's dream with everything at your fingertips. There are also many casual and exclusive resturants minutes away!
The game room is fully air-conditioned with a pool table,a 54" big screen TV complete with PS2 and Wii. Wii is complete with 4 controllers, 2 Wii nunchucks and Guitar Hero World tour with drums and many many accesories. Games availble include Wii play, Wii party, Wii Sports and Mario Cart with three steering wheels. Many other games are available for free from the Management company. Wii sports includes Wii sports adaptors, tennis rackets, golf clubs, and baseball bats.
French doors lead to a covered Lanai and then to a heated 15 foot by 30 foot pool complete with an attached heated Jacuzzi and an exclusive MOUSE EARED Kiddie Pool.(See picture below) Upscale patio furniture all under an oversized screened enclosure for your enjoyment. There's even a seperate 1/2 bath accessible from the Lanai. For the grilling enthusist there is an oversize gas grill.
The children's rooms are finished with DISNEY themed decor. First is the Princess Room, fit only for Royalty. Second we have the Mickey & Minnie Sports Room with it's own Micky TV. The sleeping accommodations are as follows:

One queen-sized Master bedroom suite (bathroom attached).
Two individual bedroom suites each with two twin beds each (share a bathroom - Jack and Jill Style).

Your safety is our concern, so the pool is fenced in within a screened enclosure. We provide, at no additional charge, pack and plays, highchairs, strollers, and booster seats.
In order to provide you with the best air quaility environment possible this home is equipped with a Steril Aire system in the air conditioner systems to provide the highest quality sterilized air to the home. It eliminates airborne allergens at thier sources in the AC system.

- All homes have a 7-day minimum stay required, unless we have a, smaller window of time that needs to be filled, The minimum stay for a holiday week {Christmas, New Year, Easter, July 4th and, Thanksgiving} is 7 nights, A $500 deposit rate will hold the reservation until 60 days prior to arrival, when the balance is due, Pool heat is $35 per night and recommended during the months of Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, March and April. If your stay is less than 7 nights,a $75 linen service fee and a $175 cleaning fee is added, Please no smoking or pets allowed, Note: Prices do not include a 6% Florida Sales tax and a 7% Florida tourism fee.
